It was very dark, and only the streep lamps lit the way.. then the moon came out from behind the clouds and gave us a bit of light. I wanted to keep twirling around but, for every photo I had to stand still for 4 seconds so I couldn't. And I guess that's why I kept doing that thing with my skirt.. Haha

Long Exposure Lightpainting

Inspired by David Johnson's focus-throwing technique.

This shot was taken at night with longexposure. The red colours in this picture are from a red light behind me. I just waved with a piece of plasticfoil from left to right in front of the lens to get the light from behind me reflected to the sensor. I think it is a nice effect :)

the swans were having a big time chill fest. treated me to a nice picture at least. as shot with no photoshopping etc :)

Reuters use photoshop, I prefer using my camera.

A hiking tour in the Cirque de Salazie led us to the foot of this beautiful waterfall, called Voile de la Mariée, the bridal veil. Although it started to rain (well, we were in one of the wettest parts of the island), I set up my tripod for a long expo.
