So I invited the kids to bring Teddy over on Sunday, for back-yard pool splashing. I nipped out to Canadian Tire in the morning and bought a pool.
Why I didn't think to take the Jeep instead of Veronica, I do not know. But there's no way this pool was going into the car. I managed to clam-shell it in half, but it was still too wide!
A couple of strangers in a pickup truck saw me struggling, loaded the pool into their vehicle, and dropped it off at my house. Isn't that the sweetest? I showed them a pic of Teddy and promised to "pay it forward". I love the little moments that restore one's faith in the humans.
It was pretty bad weather tonight, so then I thought that it will be a good night to black-and-white photography. The shapes of this truck caught my eye.
