How very Lynch-ian, non?

Log Rolling Tournament

A log had fallen across the stream. The South Slough is very much affected by the tide here. On our return the South Slough was 4" lower and made crossing the log more difficult.

The quilt measures about 63" x 72" I use to think it was gigantic! It was tied with floss in the center green square but all the ties have worn away....so the backing is no longer attached.

The binding is totally worn and frayed along the edges. It was much loved and used. I had it on my bed for as long as I can remember and took it to college with me too.

<LOG OUT>1995年1月号

I bought this family of Blue Ducks in Oxfam, they added colour when I forgot to water the pots, and I found this decaying log, thought I might plant it up for spring.

Seen just outside Telegraph Cove.

Unfourtunatly there is still logging in the jungle, although CR is a National Park.

Around the bend in the wooded area of Bushman Park is this pond. This is a closeup of it, which I really liked. It's a rather moody, and semi-colorful area.

I uploaded a version of this before, so it may seem familiar, but I re-edited it out of my "Holding Pen" set. I've been depositing unedited photod from my computer on there so I can clear my hard drive. I will edit most of them here with Picnik, and those I want to play around more with on another program, I will eventually put back on my computer at a later time. My priority now has been to save as many as I can, since the computer is getting older, and is overloaded with pics. that's why I took a bit of a breather from Flickr for a while. I suppose I will have to do it again eventually. thee are many more left on there to clear. Takes FOREVER!!!

I quickly grabbed this photo of a harlequin perched on a floating log. I wanted to get another but it didn't stay long enough.
