Desk leaves room to the side to use the angled bookcase wedged under the beam, creating a cozy corner - the office wall allow light to pass through the top with the windows and offers flat space above the cabinet storage in front of the book case. The desk, a standard height, is drawfed by the massive window and storage wall.

when i was beginig to design this home i want to created a personal home that exudes opulence confort and style in every turn and i want a wow factor the moment the people walk through the door i think that what make a luxury home so great is paying attention to the detail. here in the foyer you'll notice that detail from the marble porcelain floor all the way up. detail like that establish the glamours tones that i wanted throughtout the home

For the next 7 months I am living in a loft space in a historic factory in DUMBO, Brooklyn. The building is a former munitions factory, built in the mid 1800s.

Ever wonder why you hit your 6 and 7 iron a similar distance?
Why you hit all of your irons relatively straight except for your 5 iron, which you hit way left. It may be that the lofts and lie angle in some of your irons have moved through play.
If you use forged irons its worth having the lofts and lies checked at the start of every season.
First you hit each iron in the set using a lie board, this will show the contact point for each club with the ground, adjustments can then be made to any irons which lie angles are incorrect for you.
Next we check the loft of each club to ensure the gaps are consistent through the set and the distances from club to club are well balanced.
It costs as little as £3 per club which is a small price to pay to play better golf.
