I have set myself a lockdown challenge too only take photos in my garden or from my garden. It is going to be interesting to see what effect this has on my photographic skills. With no travelling involved I will be able to take advantage of the change in the light conditions, and hopefully this will help me improve my eye for a composition.

Stay safe Stay Home.

Please just stay at home.

Lockdown has taken enough of my time. In the train to Amsterdam and 30 minutes later I’m wandering through a deserted town. The part of the town were people not come when the sun is down. I will show you the places I found, one every day if possible.

Once again In keeping with the Welsh Government’s Lockdown rules regarding exercise.

Quote "There is recognition that people with specific health or mobility issues may need to travel further than the area around their home to be able to exercise" we drove to Swansea Beach for my daily exercise /physio . A good workout today because the tide was on its way in leaving more space and a good surface to walk on... as far as here at least.

(from whatever angle you look into image the message is the same.....)

An empty city street in Manchester during the lockdown period associated with the coronavirus.

It's that sunny lockdown feeling. Rhododendron flowers reaching for the sun.

My walk today took me past Maison de Moggy, the cat cafe near the Grassmarket. Like other cafes it is closed for now, unlike other cafes though, it still has some of the "staff" there, the resident moggies. Of course they are being looked after, but they must also be wondering why there isn't a constant parade of adoring humans coming in to take tea and pay attention to them as they so richly derserve.

This kitty was lounging in the window, enjoying the sunlight, while others were snoozing in their little boxes in the window. Not a sharp pic as I was taking it through the glass with the sun reflecting off it, had to push lens close to the window to try and get even this. I wish I could have stroked that soft fur, and listened to a happy purr....

As from this evening Belgium will be in lockdown for at least 3 weeks.

1107, 1102 and 1101 slow down on approach to Menangle Park as they catch upto 3112, then have to wait for it to clear the 13ish minute section from Macarthurt to Glenfield on the single line SSFL.

I was listening to the daily NSW Health update which abruptly finished while taking this photo as the Premier, Ministers, Commissioners and Chief Health Officer went to a Crisis meeting. 2 hours later they came back and placed Greater Sydney, and surrounding regions into a snap 14 day lockdown due to massive Covid-19 breach. Hopefully we eliminate it again, anyone affected by Lockdown please stay safe.
