Or perhaps a skinny stage?

Wallace Menzies crashed car after the crash at Shelsley Walsh June 2nd 2014 being loaded onto a trailer

I spotted this on I-10 approaching the New Orleans area. The crew transporting the load had two pilot trucks in front and two more following the transporter. The tractor (cab) had three axles for drive wheels, and the crew had a fully equipped replacement tractor in the procession. I would assume in case the first unit had a mechanical problem or it might be used for helping in the delivery and disassembly of the trailer pieces?. All pictures of this subject were taken by me as a passenger in a car going the opposite direction. The quality of the images are not the best due to the conditions, but the subject matter was exciting enough for me to post them. I have never seen this big a load before.

My clay order came in today. I picked up 10 bags of Helmer Kaolin and 6 bags of XX Saggar. I have a lot of clay mixing to do. Maybe the next Government stimulus will include a deairing pug mixer. Any of the Peter Puggers will do. Heck, I will sacrifice for the country by foregoing the deairing feature.

Take a 10-minute journey around and through Tomorrowland, seated in a revolutionary transportation system. At least that's how it was thought of when it opened in the Magic Kingdom in 1975. Using linear induction motors, the vehicles glide with ease in an environmentally safe manner. Each section has five cars that travel at 10 feet per second except at the loading and unloading station where it travels at 2.7 feet per second.

To reach the loading platform you will step onto a moving conveyor belt that is at a steep incline. The loading platform moves at the same speed as the vehicles, so you can step inside easily. Each vehicle can seat four, two riding forward and two riding backward.

NASA engineers load a structural test version of the Orion Stage Adapter for NASA's Space Launch System onto NASA’s Super Guppy Aircraft at the Redstone Arsenal Airfield in Huntsville, Alabama, for delivery to Lockheed Martin in Denver. The OSA connects NASA's Orion spacecraft to the Interim Cryogenic Propulsion System, which will give the spacecraft its big, in-space boost to fly around the moon in its first integrated flight with SLS. Built at NASA's Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, the OSA was used in integrated structural testing for the top of the SLS rocket and will be used in similar testing with Orion at Lockheed. The Guppy has a cargo compartment that is 25 feet tall, 25 feet wide and 111 feet long and can carry up to 24 tons. The aircraft has a unique hinged nose that can open 110 degrees, allowing large pieces of cargo to be loaded and unloaded from the front.

I always end up using LOAD to check off layouts from my to-do list. This is the May Layout for my year-long "Faves" project. Concept and template by Nettio Designs.

This is my third year (doing it every other year) doing the project. I really like looking back at the old layouts. Hopefully I can get caught up this LOAD.

With yesterday's layout still fresh in my mind, I saw these two images posted on my board . . . I've loved them forever, but could never decide which one I liked more, so I decided to scrapbook them both. Some of you who may have taken Barbara Carrol's class at BPS a few years ago may remember this image.

Load shedding has started to increase in Nepal. So this is me trying out some night photography with limited lights.

On the road between Pondicherry and Thanjavur, we came across people loading sugar cane onto a truck.
