PICNIC SESSIONS. INTERNATURALTECNOWAVES

PROGRAMACIÓN DE LA TERRAZA

31 MAYO — 12 JULIO

«A ver…

Mode on.

INTERNATURALTECNOWAVES

TERRACE PROGRAMMING

MAY 31 - JULY 12

EVERY THURSDAY 21:00

The Picnic Sessions turn 10 and, like every spring, we occupy the terrace every Thursday from May 31 to July 12. A space to mix the physical and the sound; where to meet, dance, sing and watch the sunset.

«Let's see ... INTERNATURALTECNOWAVES, that we are all interconnected by techno waves, something like that? It refers yes, to something electronic but more recent. But also to this interconnection that is generated between all of us who congregate at the Picnic. That are formed as itinerant communities of meaning. Electronic music without electronic instruments I like too. For me these Picnic have that digital touch, sensible, but not nostalgic, right? Because… Ah! Another thing we liked was this idea that although it is trash-techno, there is still a lot of light in the programming itself, we bet on that. There must be something kind of hypnotic. Yes, yes, and color.

«Do you want us to start recording? Yes, I'm already recording. On mode. Everything happens like this, in a desert of internaturaltecnowaves, electronic and recent, where everything that has black goblin sounds, full of sparkles, magnetism, metallic howls, fluorescent roads with irreverent songs, soft material machine, a techno trash collage of luminous power. Hypnotic, and yes, with a lot of color or many colors. Very Móstoles and very southern. With a pair of pink hoods on the head and some marks on the body. A pact of permanence in a Polaroid photo. A mixture of bodies that vibrate to the sound of their songs and sweat hormones between luminous tubes that illuminate a night without moon but full of stars, dancing in the freedom of the well rooted. “Among spring flowers, black buffalo lie down, among erect pine trees, white cranes rest. With our voices, the twilight falls on the terrace ”. Do you dare to do something like this? ».

Social Media Week is a worldwide movement celebrating the manner in which Social Media brings together and benefits people, communities and business. It was a 5 day event and live streaming was done on all 5 days. One session, entitled Social Sanchar by the NGO VCAN, made use of the Skype call and Twitter integration. The on-stage moderators were shot using video cameras while the Skype participants used their webcam and the Twitter questions were picked out from the feed and presented along with the live stream (all in real time) using AB-Live.
