WONDERFUL FACTS - The Wild Water Buffalo (Bubalus arnee) - also called Asian Buffalo, Asiatic Buffalo and Wild Asian Buffalo.
Is a large bovine native to the Indian Subcontinent and Southeast Asia.
It has been listed as Endangered in the IUCN Red List since 1986, as the remaining population totals less than 4,000.
A population decline of at least 50% over the last three generations (24–30 years) is projected to continue.
The global population has been estimated at 3,400 individuals, of which 3,100 (91%) live in India, mostly in Assam.
The wild water buffalo is the probable ancestor of the domestic water buffalo

This species is on the IUCN Red List of Threatened Species as well as on the Red List of Breeding Birds of Germany.

Le baptistère des Orthodoxes ou Baptistère de Néon, à Ravenne en Italie, est le plus ancien édifice de cette ville. Ce nom le distingue du baptistère des Ariens, également à Ravenne, construit par le roi des Ostrogoths, Théodoric l'Amale. Les deux édifices, dont la destination est identique, étaient propres aux deux communautés chrétiennes qui coexistaient alors à Ravenne.
Cet édifice paléochrétien est connu pour avoir conservé la plus grande partie de son décor intérieur datant du ve siècle (Bas-Empire romain), dont des marqueteries de marbres (opus sectile), des stucs, des fresques, mais surtout un large ensemble de mosaïques.
Il est inscrit, avec d'autres monuments de Ravenne, sur la liste du patrimoine mondial de l'Unesco.
I decided to go down to Lister Park in Bradford to have a wander and see if there were any autumn colours left. Took a walk around the lake and was nice to see not only some colours but the sun catching them nicely. So i shot this as a multishot panorama and stitched together

The monastery + church are dedicated to St. Catherine of Siena. Founded on September 10, 1579, it was severely damaged by earthquakes in 1582 and again several times in the 1960s.
Originally a boarding school for daughters of wealthy families of Spanish descent. As a large dowry, approximately 2,400 silver coins + numerous items listed on a list, such as a statue, a painting, a lamp + vestments.
Santa Catalina housed up to 150 nuns + 300 servants at times.
