Offroading in Fairbanks, Alaska in one of the shortest days of the year, December 20. Temperature this day was -20 Fahrenheit and we managed not to break anyone's rig. We rode through the muskeg (swamp), snowy hills, tight snow machine trails and frozen streams. Riding in Alaska is a blast!

18.7.2012. A view looking towards the headstocks at Clipstone Colliery. Closed in 2003 Clipstone had distinctive headstocks that could be seen for miles around. I believe they are now listed? When the collieries were in full production this would have been a very busy railway scene.

Found in mountains of northern South America, as well as Trinidad and Tobago. This individual was perched rather high in a tree, which they sometimes do especially when singing.
