The “line_up“ is a paperwork series I developed since 2010. The “liners” are made out of paper (Din A3/A4),
oil paint and graphite. The theme is the hermetical laws of polarity and movement. There is no ending and no beginning in any direction, just an endless movement. You have the possibility to arrange the papers like you want and that makes it an endless playground for my photo-work and the eyes of the viewers.

Trains rumble over the rusty incline of the MBTA's Red Line tracks as it enters the Beacon Hill Tunnel to the east of the Charles/MGH Station in Charles Circle. Though the subway to Cambridge over the Longfellow Bridge opened in 1912, the Charles Circle station at the end of Charles Street, where the Beacon Hill and West End neighborhoods meet, didn't open until 1931. In the twilight hours of a winter evening, CN 2225 heads up the north leg of the wye in Squamish, BC as it makes its way towards the port and terminals.
From inside the the Riverfront Streetcar looking down the Line. Just as we pass the crossing street two pedestrians cross the tracks without loosing stride. The Riverfront Line does not actually run on the banks of the Mississippi, just parallel to the mighty river.
I192 holds up two trains on the Nickel Plate at State Line Junction. I192's power has just crossed into the Indiana while both NS trains sit across the state line in Illinois.

Sadly the cloud arriving at the wrong moment sort of put me off as I didn't get it where I wanted it. For the record its Merchant Navy class 35028 'Clan Line', seen just approaching Shakespeare tunnel with the 1Y94 1351 Dover Priory - London Victoria VSOE 11/9/25.
