320: SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2011
I have yet to understand the obsession some people have with red velvet cupcakes. They just aren't that exciting to me, but some people go nuts over them. I made them today because I mean, in six weeks time, that will be the end of the cupcake dynasty. Every month, at least one Sunday in the month, I bake for my staff and now I only have this month and one more to go, before that's it.
They just have no clue, that I'm leaving and I have this heaviness in my heart knowing that every day, this is the last time I'll xyx.
In happier news, cream cheese frosting and I are likethis! Clearly the devil created that frosting. I licked the bowl, my offset spatula, my fingertips...oooooo!!!!
