Dehydration is one of the most encountered problems during Fasting. In addition to water, eat plenty of these hydrating foods (the percent number indicates their water content).

Tips to include these foods in your Ramadan diet:

💦Eat salads rich in cucumbers, celery, spinach and tomato🍅.

💦Other than salads keep nibbling on plenty of cucumbers and celery (research showed that celery hydrates your body twice as effectively as a glass of water).

💦Add spinach to your smoothies🍹

💦Enjoy fruit salads containing strawberries🍓, watermelon🍉 and cantaloupe🍈 as desserts- A 2009 study has shown that watermelon🍉, rich in rehydration salts calcium, magnesium and potassium and sodium, can hydrate💦💦 even better than water.

💦Eat grapefruit, it is a great snack for weight loss.

💦Yogurt: has high amounts of potassium and sodium and helps in balancing out the body’s electrolytes. Look for probiotics rich yogurt.

Ingredients:

✔️1kg of high quality bones of beef, lamb, poultry, or fish

✔️1 gallon of water

✔️Vegetables (1 onion, 2 large carrots, 2 celery stalks, 5cm ginger root)

✔️2 stick of cinnamon

✔️4 cardamoms

✔️2 bay leaves

✔️1/4cup of apple cider vinegar

.

Preparation

.

1⃣ Roast the bones in the oven (30 minutes at 350)

2⃣ Place the bones in a large stock pot with the water and add vinegar. Let it sit for 30 minutes in the cool water. The acid helps make the nutrients in the bones more available.

3⃣ Add the remaining ingredients and bring the broth to a boil for 5 minutes.

4⃣ Reduce to a simmer. Keep removing the impurities that float to the surface, and keep simmering for not less than 8hours. Bones are left very long to disintegrate and release nutrients and proteins -- like calcium phosphate and collagen -- in higher quantities than what's found in regular broths.

5⃣ Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Strain using a fine metal strainer to remove all the bits of bone and vegetable.

6⃣ When cool enough, store in a glass jar in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze for up to 6months.

المكونات:

✔️ 1كع من العظام العالية الجودة (بقلر أو عجل أو دجاج أو سمك)

✔️ غالون واحد من الماء

✔️ خضار مشكلة (بصلة متوسطة الحجم، 2حبة جزر، 2حبة كرفس،حبة بحجم 5سم من الزنجبيل)

✔️ عيدان اثنين قرفة

✔️ 4حبات هال

✔️ 2 ورق الغار

✔️ 1/4كوب من خل التفاح

طريقة التحضير:

.

1⃣ قم بوضع العظام في الفرن لمدة 30دقيقة في حرارة 350 درجة فهرنهايت

2⃣ ضع الماء والعظام والخل في وعاء كبير للمرقة واتركها لمدة 30دقيقة الخل يساعد على انحلال المغذيات في الماء

3⃣ أضف جميع المكونات الباقية

4⃣ اترك المقادير لتغلي على نار قوية لمدة 5دقائق. من ثم قم بتخفيض الحرارة إلى خفيفة في الآن الذي تقوم به بإزالة جميع الشوائب التي تظهر على سطح الماء.

5⃣ اترك الوعاء على نار جداً خفيفة لمدة لا تقل عن 8ساعات. كلما زادت المدة كلما زادت المغذيات التي ستنحل من العظم إلى المرقة.

6⃣ اترك المرقة لتبرد. ومن ثم قم بتصفيتها جيداً.

7⃣ ضع المرقة المصفاة في مرطبان زجاجي في البراد لمدة 5أيام أو في الثلاجة لمدة 6أشهر.

Okayama Castle was built by Hideie Ukita, the Okayama area’s lord, in 1597 and took eight years to complete. Utilizing the redirected flow of the Asahi River as protection from enemy attacks, Okayama Castle brought many merchants and craftsman to the area and affirmed Okayama City as a true castle town, paving the way for the development of present-day Okayama.

 

Under new owners, the castle continued to grow with buildings expanding with each era, making it one of Japan’s greatest castles. The outer walls of Okayama Castle’s keep (the building at the center of the castle) are made of boards coated with a black lacquer used as a preservative. This black color has earned the castle the nickname “U-jo” (Crow Castle) for its resemblance to a crow’s feathers. Although the tower was designated a national treasure before World War II, the keep was destroyed during the war and rebuilt in 1966. The only original buildings still standing today are the Tsukimi Tower and the Nishinomaru Nishite Yagura (Western Tower), both built for defense. Rising high above Okayama City Center, Okayama Castle is a spectacular sight to behold.

The Taipei Railway Workshop (Chinese: 臺北機廠) was the largest workshop of Taiwan Railways Administration. For decades it manufactured and maintained thousands of railway vehicles. The Workshop was established in 1935 replacing the original workshop, which had become became inadequate. It was the largest railway workshop ever built in Taiwan. The Governor-General of Taiwan recognized its establishment as celebrating the Empire of Japan ruling Taiwan for 40 years.

 

The 16.82-hectare site on Civic Boulevard was the largest and oldest of its kind on the island. It closed in 2012. It was constructed in 1930 and features distinctive structures such as a 168-meter-long train assembly shed.[1] The operation was transferred to TRA Fugang Vehicle Depot (Chinese: 臺鐵富岡基地).The workshop was recognized as an "official national historic site" in 2015. The government of Taiwan says it is planning to transform the facility into a railway museum.

 

臺北機廠,簡稱北廠,是臺灣鐵路管理局(簡稱臺鐵)的機務處單位之一,為臺鐵過往主要的車輛維修與改裝基地。

2013年1月10日,富岡車輛基地正式取代其任務。2015年3月15日,臺北機廠舊址經中華民國文化部認定為國定古蹟。
