There's something going on down on Wall Street between H and Eye Streets. These overhead lights zig-zag from one side of the street to the other. Wall Street is about the size of an alley. Any traffic flows one direction and I think most traffic is delivery trucks. There are no business entrances on this section of the street. There are a couple of back doors. But, why would someone string what looks like permanent lighting? It's almost like a party atmosphere. I think someone is setting up a surprise retirement party for me. Just a thought!
