This was the first one we saw when we came in the room, do you think the face is a convex or a concave? in or out of the surface?
Dialing in the background lighting, decided fill flash was a better option than using a flash lite. Happy with my first week progress with a few nice images to show for it.
Last Light at the Aberdeen Bay anchorage. A low lying mist above the sea, but not high enough to cover the wind turbines.

almost at the end of the light show that afternoon in the altamont ... shortly after i took this shot the cloud cover increased and the light faded away ...
I was in Boston the last week this stunning light sculpture was on display. High above the Rose Kennedy Greenway suspended from building to building, Janet Eichelman created an incredible fantasy with light. Shifting with the wind and the colors slowly changing the sight was mesmerizing.

looking towards my kitchen window...the color stopped me in my tracks!..Lot's of things did yesterday..the light was so nice.
Thought we'd miss the worst of it, but got soaked with no coat!

Looked alot lighter on my pc - what happens when you upload to flickr? The specks of orange light I left cos I though they fitted - they are like sparks from a fire..and it is the sun shining through..
I just love the sunlight on the sea and today at Marwick it was just wonderful. If you View On Black you can just see The Old Man of Hoy way in the distance. This is straight from the camera, just framed.
