I was taking an evening walk at Spring Lake Park when these two cats passed me. This was originally a color image.

I went to an art festival and I took this photo myself. Peace!

The winter sunsets have been so beautiful lately. I wish I was at the right place at the right time - but I always seem to be stuck in my car when they explode into color.

Aw well, Happy Hump Day people! : )

I always photograph Hop Kiln Winery when we visit the Russian River wine country in Sonoma County, but have never tasted their wine! I loved the towers against the blue sky on a sunny February afternoon. The 248-acre property is currently planted mostly Burgundian brood: 44 acres of Pinot Noir, 16 of Chardonnay, along with 6 acres of Pinot Grigio.

Have a great weekend!

Comments are always welcome and appreciated but please no Multiple Invites, Flickriver Badges or Animated Badges with your comment! I simply do not have the time to give them the attention they deserve.

Paseo Fernando Quiñones is located at one end of La Caleta beach and is formed by a long and narrow promenade over the sea. This narrow strip of land is actually called an isthmus because it has water on both sides. This bridge connects the mainland with the nearby Cádiz Lighthouse and the Castle of San Sebastián that is found at the end of it. This walkway has wonderful vistas along with stunning views of the sunset!

On the way back home from work, snow is finally here, so probably tomorrow I will go to the Castle to take some photos...

This structure ( lightpost) is down the street from me...I walk past it everyday on my dog walks & from work...A few days ago, I heard alot of chirping & stopped to watch...Not a pretty nesting spot, but a fairly protected one & great use of their habitat. Happy Feathery Friday!!
