My daughter actually took this shot and I thought it was rather interesting composition and lighting.
The fourth light fixture has been mounted, and I am now in the process of wiring it up. I have run 12 gauge wire from the third light fixture into it, and also run some 12 gauge wire from the other end that will later be fed into the fifth light fixture.

*^I like light quite a bit. So much so I took this photo this morning.
Betsy picked up the art glass shade above at Goodwill over the weekend for $.50.
It looks great in the kitchen and it fit the IKEA light fixture perfectly.
I need to ask her if she was talking to the Secret for that to happen. Because I highly doubt the original company was thinking about Swedish designed Chinese manufactured suburban light fixtures.
I wanted the fairytale looking fixtures on the right but they were completely out of my price range. So I found the ones on the right as pretty good substitutes.
My first render with 3d graphics program, Blender. This is basically a 3d sketch for my next real world project. It allows for planning before committing real materials to the task as well as being kind of fun.
One of my many new light fixtures hovering overhead attracted by the tinfoil no doubt - or is the tinfoil in some way protecting the floor from brainwave type intercepting activity from the spacecraft - in any case my apartment has been invaded
The fifth light fixture is shown here, mounted to the ceiling. 12 gauge wiring has been routed as appropriate, with wire from the fourth light fixture feeding into it. Wire from the other end then will feed into the sixth light fixture.
I bought this cover from Lowe's, which I used to cover up the original light fixture hole and also to feed 12 gauge wire from it.
Yes, I'm a loser. This brand-new washer and dryer, which I treated myself to as part of the renovations, are glorious. So quiet, so quick, so efficient....
