This is where spiders live.

Chicago, window-shopping/flickring on a rainy Sunday afternoon.

Duane saw this fantastic light fixture on the way to the subway. Good eye, Duane! Right after this, we passed by Julianna Moore and her kids. She's VERY normal looking.

Fixture in a Garden Grille Restaurant

Going through some miscellaneous photos, I found these--a funky light fixture.

The third light fixture is shown here, mounted to the ceiling. I had to make sure that the 12 gauge wire was routed as desired before moving on to the next light fixture. It was quite a challenge to feed the wire into the five feet of conduit.

Light fixture in my kitchen

There is a leeetle bit of a lady bug problem. Better than ants, but still creepy.

This particular light fixture is also in the entry area and the bedroom, but the one in the entry area is missing the little knobby thing. It is going to drive me crazy, so I'll need to find a replacement for it.

Junction box detail. The same junction box detail is used at both ends of each pair of strings, but the lights are wired from one side only.

This chandelier uses candles made from bear fat and beeswax to illuminate the Bolduc House Salon. When the room was being used for a dance, the chandelier could be raised. For general purposes, such as sharing a meal together, the chandelier would be lowered.
