Well, this picture is pretty old, I know. However, by looking through old pictures, I noticed this
one, and I couldn't help myself, I had to load it up. It is REALLY the last one of this series, I promise ;-)
It took it in August (see also trop fatigant, Still and this one)...
I hope that I' ll be back soon with new pictures, but I still haven't got a new camera :-/
The Street Parade is with over 1 million visitors the most attended technoparade in the world, since the end of Love Parade 2010. It takes place in Zurich, Switzerland and is the largest annual event in Zurich. Alain Berset, Switzerland's culture minister, and this year's president of the confederation, was among the 920'000 people attending the 30th Street Parade in Zurich.

Have you ever heard of the synchronization of Pink Floyd's album, Dark side of the Moon, with the movie, the Wizard of Oz. Some say it just an urban legend of sorts, although some members of the band said it was true on a brodcast from WBCN in Boston years ago......Who knows, but the way the melody and lyrics fit so well, is really uncanny. From an original by "NEO" titled, fix my pic.
I really liked this photo very much, the pathes reminded me of the poem, "the road less traveled". I used the lasso tool to select a postion of the left side of the road, and duplicated and distorted to cover a bald spot in the trees. I used the pen tool to create an emerald city. I used this on several layers, some as light applicators and some as multipliers and blend it into the tree tops. I used the airbrush eraser to clean up the edges as well.

From an original by notna2000 titled, Lonliness in Time Square.
I thought this was a great photo. I used the lasso tool to select portion and duplicated them to several layers. I added some motion blur as well as using the distort function to add the streaking. I applied this with different lighting modes to try and have them blend with the layers below. I used the airbrush eraser to bring the model forward of the layers and adjusted the color tone on her face somewhat. I also added some darkness to the top right portion of the original to try and help bring more emphasis to the model.
