Have you ever heard of the synchronization of Pink Floyd's album, Dark side of the Moon, with the movie, the Wizard of Oz. Some say it just an urban legend of sorts, although some members of the band said it was true on a brodcast from WBCN in Boston years ago......Who knows, but the way the melody and lyrics fit so well, is really uncanny. From an original by "NEO" titled, fix my pic.
I really liked this photo very much, the pathes reminded me of the poem, "the road less traveled". I used the lasso tool to select a postion of the left side of the road, and duplicated and distorted to cover a bald spot in the trees. I used the pen tool to create an emerald city. I used this on several layers, some as light applicators and some as multipliers and blend it into the tree tops. I used the airbrush eraser to clean up the edges as well.

Le persone con cui avrei potuto avere un rapporto diverso, e con le quali, invece, per qualche ragione non è andata bene. In questo mondo, a causa delle circostanze in cui li ho incontrati, tra me e loro le cose non hanno funzionato in nessun modo. Ma sento, ne sono certa, che da qualche parte, in un mondo profondo e lontano, su una bellissima riva, ci sorridiamo, ci offriamo gentilezza, e trascorriamo insieme momenti felici.
kontraster is a series of 18 images shot in Gothenburg, Sweden, in the spring of 2023. It focuses on the shades of trees and growth in contrast to the disciplined architecture of the city, where the low sun of the afternoon creates aa myriad of shades and details.
My first light painting workshop of 2016, it's been over a year since I've been out in the dark with my light toys so a bit rusty, more practice needed :)

Well, this picture is pretty old, I know. However, by looking through old pictures, I noticed this
one, and I couldn't help myself, I had to load it up. It is REALLY the last one of this series, I promise ;-)
It took it in August (see also trop fatigant, Still and this one)...
I hope that I' ll be back soon with new pictures, but I still haven't got a new camera :-/
