Ok, the path is not rocky, but there is light at the end of the "tunnel". Sometimes the way there is a little longer, sometimes a little bit shorter. Fortunately, it usually always turns out positive. The important thing is not to give up. With that in mind, have a nice weekend.

A headstone tucked away in a corner at Brompton Cemetery, Grasses, plants and ivy has reclaimed the corner and dark evening light illuminated the scene.
All matter, unless at the lowest temperature absolute, emits light (or, radiation). The hotter, the more so. As long as light is visible - and it does not matter where it comes from - we can use it for photography, generally speaking. In this specific case, however, the light source does not agree with my electronic shutter ("banding") so that the mechanical shutter was used. Fuji X-E3 plus Samyang tele lens at F5.6.
Ultimo tramonto di novembre 2021 . Sembra divampi un fuoco tra luce e nuvole tempestose.
Questo mentre nel mondo c'è la 'quarta ondata' del contagio di Covid 19, con le sue varie varianti. Il virus si dà da fare, mentre si parla di obbligo vaccinale. Già presente in Indonesia, Micronesia, Kazakistan, Tajikistan . Parziale per alcune categorie negli USA, Canada e Australia. L'Italia è stata la prima in Europa a renderlo obbligatorio per il personale sanitario e la Scuola. Nello Stato del Vaticano in tutti i luoghi di lavoro. Ora, dopo l'estendersi della pandemia, ci sarà obbligo vaccinale per tutti in Austria, ( pena 7200 euro di multa ) dal febbraio '22 e Germania e Grecia ( con 100 euro di multa al mese per chi si rifiuta, dai sessant' anni ) pensano di seguirla.
Intanto divampa la discussione, sempre più animata e seguita da cortei di protesta, tra chi è favorevole ( la maggioranza della popolazione ) e gruppi di agguerriti No-Vax... Siamo davvero in guerra : guerra del virus, guerra di opinioni

ancora siamo in emergenza, ma pensiamo positivo e soprattutto agiamo con saggezza evitando uscite e contatti inutili.
Questa scultura rappresenta una delle benefattrici savonesi che nel XVI secolo lasciarono fondi da dedicare a opere sociali; si trova in piazza Santuario, davanti alla struttura che fa ala alla chiesa e che ancora oggi ospita reparti di riabilitazione e una casa di riposo.
