I will correct the town's name as Petoskey, MI. It was quite the playground for the Chicago elite at that time, with the train going right into that beautiful area along the coast of Lake Michigan. I'm guessing Dr. Berkman, from Chicago, knew that area well.
Handle With Care
This saves my life everyday while(insulin) being around other´s I have to think of the risks of it getting in the wrong hands.
HMM!
...from an eventful recent morning outing.
This lifesaver was in his element, while hopefully I was in mine. Decided to go vertical for this given the transition of the colours and separation of the sky, clouds, water & sand.
Spectacular sunrise colours (with minimal tweaking), however the sun's halo near the clouds is natural.

(085/365) My blue Ventolin (Salbutamol) inhaler. For Macro Mondays theme "“The Blues” HMM!
As per usual I hadn't looked what the Macro Mondays theme was until today when I noticed my Flickr contacts' photos. I don't always contribute but I grabbed the first blue thing to hand & took this quick iPhone shot. Thanks for Flickr issues it has taken me 5 or 6 attempts to upload it during the day, I nearly gave up.
Thankfully my asthma is very mind, one of these inhalers might last me 6 months (unless I have a bad cold). That said I make sure to carry one wherever I go. I have 4 at any time, one in my handbag, my dog walking jacket, the car & definitely beside my bed. You just never know, sometimes I wake with a start in the middle of the night & cannot breath in or out. You just have to try not to panic as that makes it worse.
