Last night was the grand opening of Sima's Salon on the Westerstraat 122 in good old Amsterdam, and besides some cool DJs and lots of nice people, there was also a photo performance show by the lovely Miss Monyart, yay. I hope you enjoy this peek behind the scenes of a typical Amsterdam night, and since it was a private Party you couldn't have been there, even if you would have wanted to, so you better enjoy this, hahaha ;-D

I was walking along the waterfront when I found these daisies ... they always bring a smile to my face ... they are so sweet ... life is good :-)
The handsome prince in this box probably has the little girls (and their girl dolls) swooning, but we're not sure he's a good one to pin your hopes on, ladies. He's apparently aaaaaall about the shoes.

Life is Good
On my way to work today, I walked holding a steaming mug of coffee. The sun had been up a short while, the light at the ball field dazzling off a thin sheet of snow. I set my mug down to tie my shoe and snap a picture.

...it rained all day today, so I didn't really get outside. But, I did run out there long enough to take a photo of the jonquils...they are getting ready to pop! This made me smile today!! Click here to view on a black background - much prettier!
