Life is like photography, sometimes we set out to take a picture we have in mind and end up taking something totally different. In life we choose a path which may lead us onto a totally unexpected path that also turns out much better. Always remember to enjoy the journey!!
The quiet country life of rural Scotland. I often imagine my life as an inhabitant of the places I visit. What would I be doing in a place like this. Live in a quaint picturesque cottage, herd sheep, play with my sheep dogs, take care of the farm, go for long hikes on the glens. Doesn’t sound too bad does it?

Coots are small water birds that are members of the Rallidae (rail) family. They constitute the genus Fulica, the name being the Latin for "coot". Coots have predominantly black plumage, and—unlike many rails—they are usually easy to see, often swimming in open water. They are close relatives of the moorhen.
