T S Eliot House: The new extension to The London Library on Masons Yard.

Tampa's first public library was one of the many Carnegie libraries scattered around the country. It opened in 1917 and probably closed once the new central library opened in the 60s. It's located in the transitional area where Downtown Tampa morphs into Tampa Heights.

The group study rooms will be separated by partitions, not walls, to create easy and informal meeting spaces.

This was the shot I had in mind when choosing this assignment, but I had only heard about it from a friend and seen a picture he snapped on his phone. Needless to say, his phone picture was more impressive than what I was able to get. Oh well, I still like the POV and it's a pretty cool staircase.

Before the library moved to Aurora, I believe it was called the Denison Memorial Library in Denver.

Library Annex on the Milford Town Hall, Nashua Street, Milford, New Hampshire. The Milford Town House and Library Annex, now just the Milford Town Hall, is a historic municipal building occupying a prominent position facing the central oval in Milford, New Hampshire. The town house portion, which presents the main facade to the oval, was built in 1869, and is a two-story structure built of brick with granite trim. The Italianate structure has a belltower in which is a Paul Revere bell cast in 1802, which was hung in Milford's first town hall. The library annex was added to the rear of the building (along Nashua Street) in 1892, extending the south facade of the building from nine to twelve bays. It was built using a different type of brick, but stylistic elements tie it to the original structure. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

Library staff vacated Ivanhoe Library on 31 May. External demoliton of the building commenced on 15 June 2020
