Yup, I'm planning a lesson for my little 2a-ers. This means drawing flash cards for a story I will be reading to them, _The Mitten_.
a marker of sorts to show where i am now from where i was and where i will be. i am ever growing. learning. changing. and finding out that love comes from first, learning to love yourself (not in a self centered, selfish way, but in an understanding, heartfilled, caring way, with no attachments), then it is so much easier to love those around you with all your heart.

The best month of the summer, the crowds have gone but we have some great conditions for beginners windsurf lessons.
My daughters 1st ever flying lesson, hopefully the 1st step on her road to fullfilling her dreams and becoming a pilot in the RAF, the Red Arrows, and eventualy the Blades!
The weather and light werent good, with the thermometer showing -2C, and a thick overcast and it was a misty day, but unlike the rained off last attempt, this time, she took to the air! :D

My friend's son was intently watching the teens play & didn't even notice that I was taking his pic. He looked like he couldn't wait until he was big enough to play with them!
Rules attempting: Simplicity, Rule of Thirds, Natural lighting, avoiding mergers (partially accomplished--behind him is a pole supporting the porch, which I was able to eliminate; however I may still have a horizontal merger with the curb--does it look like it's coming from his head?)
