This small turtle was resting in about an inch of water. I tried to zoom in as best I could. It's moments like this that I wish I had a new camera already.
We took over 35 square feet out of our apartment to see if we could manage to live with less space. Now, we've got a small apartment, but imagine if everyone took a comparable area out of the homes, if they didn't need it. What could we do with all that space?
Former Pay Less Drug, at Willamette Plaza, Willamette and W 29th Ave, Eugene, OR. Opened in 1968, it was the second Pay Less in Eugene. The first was located downtown, on Broadway. In 2005-2006, Willamette Plaza underwent an extensive renovation/rebuild. A new Rite Aid was built to the left of the old Pay Less building, with the Pay Less subsequently demolished to build a new Market of Choice, previously housed in the former Mayfair Market space.
One of the attached shops, which included a shoe store.

I was given this doll between 1964 and 2010.
The background is a dulemola (mola blouse panel) made up of faded black cotton hand appliquéd onto an orange cotton ground in a geometric pattern. The two-colour mola has only two layers of cloth, which is characteristic of the older “grandmother” compositions, which are revered as the earliest type but still widely made today.

I'm sick in this with huge bags (in the original) and did you notice my jowls? I think they are slightly exaggerated in the original. Well here is an improved version that also meets the rules of the group - so it works out for everyone!
Oh, I'm feeling slightly better today - I slept for 13 hours! Yay! for sleeping in. Boo! for having to actually go into work because you have an audit today.
Entrance gate and churchyard, St. James the Less, Hunting Park Avenue and Clearfield Street. Built as a replica of St. Michael's, Longstanton, Cambridgeshire, using measured drawings inadvertently provided by the Ecclesiological Society instead of the plans requested. Closed since 2006 over a doctrinal dispute. We worshiped there once.
