Leopard relaxing at a watering hole. At Edeni, Hoedspruit, South Africa. This big guy was waiting for the light to fall so that he could have a go at the impala on the bank opposite. Shortly after this was taken he slunk off into the undergrowth.

So......maybe because I bought a MacBook Pro with the new OSX "snow leopard"....but I was quite lucky today to take some pics at this two beautiful "big cats" having fun...

This picture was taken at Duma Tau Camp in the Okavango Delta, Botswana.

Snow Leopards

Brookfield Zoo

It's been 4 weeks since I photographed Brookfield Zoo's Snow Leopard cub, Everest. He has grown quite a bit, and boy does he like to play! He keeps his mom, Sarani, very busy! It is so fun to watch them interact with one another.

We got very close to Leopard Seals when we were in the zodiacs, but they were very active and very difficult to photograph. This was one of two patrolling the shore and was photographed from Le Boreal.

Hiding in the bush, this leopard was watching impalas.
