Walk around campus on a cold and overcast day in early December. I was happy to see Lefty (the three pawed squirrel) over on the Law Quad. I might have seen Peter La Fleur of the Dodgeball mange quartet - but I am not sure. Taken in Ann Arbor on a cold and cloudy Autumn day at the University of Michigan - Tuesday December 3rd, 2019.
My first ever attempt at non-dominant hand henna. I figured I couldn't mess up a bunch of dots too badly.
This Art Nouveau style building was built in 1916 by N. L. Josey as the Saint Francis Theater. The variety of eclectic assortment of detailing suggests a facade from the theater era. It has been Lefty O'Douls bar/cafe since he became owner in 1958 and it recently closed due to a riff with the owners and moved to the wharf. O'Doul was an American Major League baseball player and later a manager. He passed away in 1969 and it has continued on since 1958.
