This mug is made for a leftie. The handle twists so that is uncomfortable to hold in your right hand.
The glaze on this one is the same glaze we the pot with the spider in the bouquet, but on a different clay body.
It's not Mother's Day, but that didn't stop a friend's daughter from making a gift bag for mom. She's left handed, and is learning to write. Apparently, the backward writing is common for left handers at first, but I'd never heard that before.

So many different things that I tried to take photos of - me and the children, snacks at the cinema. This is my favourite shot though - went to the little independent wool shop near us today and bought a new crochet book - which showed how it should look for left handers like me as well as right handers. A bargain at £6.99 and it gave me chance to show off some new wool, my stitch marker in use and one of my fleabub hooks! Happy days!

Esther and I made tons of scrappy buttons for the campaign (Ken made a few too).
Then we were off on a wild-timo ride from North to South Portland with a few twists and turns (Lloyd Mall tunnel anyone?). This was one the best night time rides I've ever been on since I rode so many places I never have been. We finished at the Nightlight on Clinton (another left-hander) with some home-baked cake by Esther.

everyone thought this park was custom made for barry bonds because it's only 306 down the line. of course, as any ballplayer will tell you, you hit maybe 5% of your home runs down the line and the bulk of them halfway between the line and center. being that the angle of the foul pole to center is huge, that makes this park relatively hard to hit one out in for a lefthanded hitter.
make no mistake, this is a pitcher's park.
Matt (my boyfriend) bought this guitar off Ebay on the day of his graduation and it finally arrived today! It was a complete bargain and is such a beautiful thing. Left handed Les Paul Epiphone electric. He's delighted with it and wanted some portraits, for Facebook of course!!
I'm sure there are more to come.
Someone told me that he was left handed and that it would be a disadvantage for him.
So I decided to create a drawing using my left hand for the tracing of the photo on the Wacom tablet and the drawing. I must admit, it is harder, and you get cramp if you don't relax your muscles between drawing strokes.

On Saturday we had a spontaneous barbeque at our friends' house. It was a glorious, sunny, still day. We all felt very laid back and relaxed, drank lots of tea and coffee and enjoyed the great company. Thanks Tim and Anna for your warm hospitality.
