Trash art, recycling to build a pitching staff. Discarded plywood pieces repurposed and painted with wine foil, address number, and buttons
Ash Diablo - the finish is trans-black, although it looks purple in sunlight. Gloss on the front, matte on the back.
This is an archived photo from the U.S. Library of Congress, which I just started following yesterday. New Yorkers from any borough or suburbs will cheer for this man... ;-)

Be sure to check us out on the 7th of July for the full hog.

This mug is made for a leftie. The handle twists so that is uncomfortable to hold in your right hand.
The glaze on this one is the same glaze we the pot with the spider in the bouquet, but on a different clay body.
It's not Mother's Day, but that didn't stop a friend's daughter from making a gift bag for mom. She's left handed, and is learning to write. Apparently, the backward writing is common for left handers at first, but I'd never heard that before.
Strobist: One Elinchrom T4 Strip softbox bounced off white paper into setup at the rear, white polyboards each side, mirrors and various white cards for fill
Timo for President! He's lefthanded and born on August 4, just like Obama.
Esther and I made tons of scrappy buttons for the campaign (Ken made a few too).
Then we were off on a wild-timo ride from North to South Portland with a few twists and turns (Lloyd Mall tunnel anyone?). This was one the best night time rides I've ever been on since I rode so many places I never have been. We finished at the Nightlight on Clinton (another left-hander) with some home-baked cake by Esther.
This was a flyer I did in 1996 or 97 while I worked in the MCAD basement Copy Room. Dashed off with a handful of left-handed drawings of myself and fellow student government members (from memory, obviously). I remembered Ryan as an old Gungfu master and myself as a wizened cowboy with a long face. Anthony Kwiatkowski liked his so much that he did a larger self-portrait painting of my drawing for the MCAD Self Portrait Show later on. 8.5x11 photocopy.
Scans of some old photos I found. How's this for a snappy web address. Written across the front (not clear in the photo) is: www.heddlu-gogledd-cymru.police.uk
