Still pretty new in February 2020. An upmarket shopping arcade with a John Lewis department store and a multi-storey car park.

Part of one of the oldest streets in Leeds, leading down to the bridge across the River Aire. A couple of rather battered early eighteenth-century houses and the railway slicing heedlessly through.

Late Georgian or Victorian commercial building on the back of the plot behind a house on the west side of Park Square.

Day 112/365 - "The Images Annual"

 

ehh , same story again :( no time for strobes today as I was rushing to work, just random leeds architecture shot .

 

Tomorrow will be a better day and more time for strobes :)

 

Built in the early 1860s to the design of Cuthbert Broderick. An oval 58 x 41.5 metres across and 26 metres from the basement to the top of the dome.
