My own start image taken on Samsung S20FE. Edited in Snapseed then the excellent Onelab app (more creative than editing)
We moored our boat in Granary Wharf for two days while we traced old steps around our city. We saw many changes and soaked up the history. Didn't want to leave, still a "Leeds lad at heart".

As we approach the Summer Solstice the nights get shorter and the evenings lighter. A lovely evening in Clarence Dock in Leeds with friends saw this taken at 11pm, by midnight there was still light in the sky.

Built in 1904, the former Jubilee Hotel was once described as the only remaining ‘Gin Palace’ in Leeds.

Although not an original approach it is something one feels the need to photograph at the time
Test snap from the Yashica Minister ii film camera bought from West Yorkshire Cameras, yesterday. Not bad for £25 and has a reasonably sharp lens. The rangefinder focusing takes a bit of getting used to, though.

Whilst the bright colours of Clarence Dock And Bridgewater Place look good I thought this moody black and white conversion suited it.
