Now a days too .much of learning is the biggest problem ... We are so much occupied with learning new new things ... that we forget to use them and it bothers us that we are not able to use the learnings to the fullest
I like this candid shot even though you can't really see chef.
Chef Paolo Lopriore of Il Canto spent a week at Stratford Chef's School (this was his second visit). This was a shot taken in the kitchen while chef was wrapping up a conversation with the student chef for next evening's dinner (a different student chef heads the kitchen every night). A sight like this always touches me (mentorship) - the fact that there's a personal vested interest/relationship between teacher and student. Besides being jovial and very approachable, I can understand why chef is popular with the students and staff: he's just really nice and obviously cares.
