Cultivator Teeth are durable powder coated teeth feature a narrow throat and a wide foot for thorough cultivation under the soil surface. One tooth can be used on the toolbar for laying off rows or as many as five for more intense cultivation. Another excellent feature is that they will work on Planet Jr. Wheel Hoe.

A group of citizens from Occupy Delaware delivered the following mic check in front of a local Citibank branch on Saturday, December 17th.
We the people, from Occupy Delaware, are foreclosing upon this branch of Citibank, a subsidiary of Citigroup, for Citigroup's high crimes and misdemeanors against its customers, its employees, this community and the people of world.
This foreclosure is done in all seriousness in the stead of our government, which has forced us to act in the face of their inability or unwillingness to address the following crimes by Citigroup.
1. Being an active contributor to the economic crisis by promoting the use of CDO's or Collateralized Debt Obligations.
2. Defrauding their own investors by promoting CDO's, that in private emails were called "a collection of dogshit".
3. Betting against those very same CDOs and reaping profits when they failed, while their investors, customers & the citizens of the world lost their savings, their jobs and their homes.
4. Predatory lending practices AND
5. Unlawful and deceptive foreclosure practices.
We demand that Citigroup be brought to justice for these crimes. And we also demand that that justice does not entail settlements with the SEC, Attorney's General or other governmental institutions that would allow Citigroup to avoid any admission of wrongdoing or liability for these crimes.
We the people demand that Citigroup be put on trial for these crimes!
To add insult to injury, or salt to our wounds, former Citigroup CEO Charles Prince, under whose watch the world economic crisis erupted, said in July 2007:
Quote
...as long as the music is playing, you've got to get up and dance. We're still dancing....
End Quote
Mr Prince danced all the way to the bank with his exit package in excess of 29 million dollars. His reward for ruining our economy.
But let's not exclude current CEO Vikram Pandit who received a retention package for 23.2 million dollars this year.
Why if things are going so well for Mr. Pandit and Citigroup are they laying off an additional 4,500 hundred workers in the coming months?
Call: They call it profits
Response: We call it robbery

Employees arrive to work at Houston's daily newspaper Wednesday morning, a day after significant layoffs at the Hearst-owned property.
The Houston Chronicle is laying off approximately 12 percent of its employees in an effort to reduce costs amid unprecedented change in the newspaper industry, Chronicle Publisher and President Jack Sweeney announced Tuesday.
“As our newspaper continues to report the condition of the economy, we read about companies in all business categories adjusting their size to match current and projected revenues,” Sweeney wrote to Chronicle employees. “The Houston Chronicle must do the same in spite of your diligent efforts.”
The layoffs include about 90 people in the Chronicle newsroom.
The newsroom will be restructured, but the core mission of providing strong watchdog journalism, aggressive online coverage and reflecting the diversity of the Houston area will remain, Editor Jeff Cohen said.
“One thing will not change: our mission as journalists to inform, educate and entertain the readers of our newspaper and Web site,” Cohen wrote in a memo to the newsroom.

"Stan, as your doctor, I'm urging you to lay off the limbo or risk further aggravating your scoliosis !"
Shot with the Nikon D7000 and Nikon 28-70mm F2.8 AFS lens zoomed to 28mm. Manual exposure mode, F10, 1/60th second shutter speed, ISO 100, spot metering. Camera was tripod mounted and shutter triggered with Nikon infrared remote.
Main Light:
I placed two Nikon SB900 speedlights on light stands. Both in manual mode @ 1/4 power with the wide angle fresnel lens pulled down over the flash head to get the maximum 14mm wide angle dispersion of light coming out of the flash head. The stofen was placed over that to diffuse the light further. I shot those two speedlights through a 72 X 59" piece of white bridal satin fabric purchased from the fabric and crafts department at Wall-Mart. I hung the bridal satin on a reflector arm on a third light stand placed in front of the speedlights and to camera right. Flashes triggered via PocketWizard Plus II radio transceiver on flash and camera.
In 2013, I'm doing a 365 shot a day project with the theme "Toys. When you're not looking". The idea is to capture familiar toys dealing with the situations and challenges that life throws at them in the real world, just like a human would. Steel mill, Gary, Indiana
Like Bethlehem, Gary was also one of the centers of US Industry - US Steel Corporation - but has declined ever since. US Steel is still there, but not as huge as before.
From the Wikipedia:
Gary's decline was brought on by the growing overseas competitiveness in the steel industry, which had caused U.S. Steel to lay off many workers from the Gary area.
U.S. Steel continues to be a major steel producer, but with only a fraction of its former level of employment.

Most Flickr fans will know George Oates and her work on it's user interface. George is one of the layoffs at Yahoo. I twittered 'huh! George Oates has been let go at Flickr. That feels all wrong' a few days ago. Jeffrey Zeldman is a dumbfounded as I am of the move. If you visit the Flickr home page You will even see George. Totally weird. She has a bit of a raw post on her blog. Obviously and understandably not over it yet. I hope you land on you feet real soon.

Cities are being ruined through debt to the banks. Dozens of municipalities are facing collapse through the lay-offs of employees and cuts in services.

On Thursday May 30th, Sun-Times Media laid off 28 people including photo editors and the professional journalism staff. Included were well known names like Al Podgorski, Scott Stewart, Ernie Torres, Tom Cruze and John H. White who had been with the paper for thirty-five years and won a Pulitzer Prize in 1982.
The Times, which is owned by Wrapports L.L.C., an investment company, said that the action resulted from a need to shift to video work and because people were relying more
on mobile devices to stay informed. Also planned was to have reporters use IPhones to take pictures and hire freelance photographers to do the rest.
The laid-off photographers are members of the Chicago Newspaper Guild which was in the process of negotiating a new contract with the paper. The company had recently told the union that no lay-offs of photographers were planned. The Guild planned to take legal action to restore the jobs.
365 (Day 233) 2-18-08 - We had a meeting this morning to let us know that by Friday half of us will be layed off. Of the remaining that get to stay half if not more will be sent to another building which is a lot further to drive to. We can volunteer to leave but if not enough volunteer they will start choosing. They only gave us 1 day to think about this and by the end of the week we're gone ! Damn.... Well , I guess I will see if I still have a job by Friday.
You want to put your vagabond surfing life behind you and settled down for a bit? At our house?
Sure, Atwood, that would be fine. But you'll need to find a job since you just spent your last dollars on that blizzard.
No, I don't know of any local jobs teaching surfing. Modeling? I think you'd have better luck in LA or NYC with that (And you might want to lay off all the ice cream too.) Oh no, there's definitely no coconut harvesting here in Michigan.
