The client was very unhappy with existing patio; it was falling apart and not very usable. We removed patio and installed a new one using EP Henry Bristol Stone Smooth I and II in harvest blend. For the seat wall, we use Techo-Bloc Semma wall in sandlewood with an EP Henry Imperial Bullnose in granite color. A swale was carved between existing timber wall and patio using decorative river jack. A fence, water feature, plantings, lighting, and a drip line completed phase one of the project.

The homeowners wanted the theme for their backyard to be an oasis - natural, peaceful and relaxing. The design included entry gate, entry plantings, foundation plantings, front of house and landscape lighting, fire pit, multi-level patio, upper balcony with waterproofing, outdoor living space under balcony, modified irrigation, outdoor kitchen, backyard privacy, water feature, and pathway. Phase 1 of project includes foundation and driveway plantings with boulder walls and lights.

Design and project includes CMU wall for the counter top with stone veneer and thermal flagstone. Pavilion provided by Country Lane Gazebos. Outdoor fireplace was an arched fire rock kit; stone veneer trim, flagstone mantle and fire brick inside walls and floor. Front paver walkway using Techo-Bloc Aberdeen (Azurro, Olive and Baja Beige mixture), Rear patio using Nicolock Old Mission pavers with Belagrd Hardscapes Holland Stone border. Fire pit using stone veneer and flagstone caps. Steppers are Pennsylvania natural cleft flagstone. Plantings completed the design in the yard.
