I had this for dinner on my last visit here and absolutely loved it. There's a creamy sauce btwn the batter and the lamb that was so yummy. Today the lamb was a little overcooked and dry, but it's still good.
This is my third time in Forlino since they opened in August. I don't think I've been to any restaurants in Singapore more than twice. This is how much I love the place =o)
while doing things around the house today. i really could have used more hands, or help. i pretty much do it all. i cook, clean, take care of the pets, entertain people, and try to do the things that make me happy. i have to rock out to my ipod while i clean. read while i try to sleep and take photos in between a load of wash. just call me Cinderella.

Haha--meatball is his new name. On the first day he moved in to my shop I gave him this box~~he knows its his and will fight the others for it.
A cross the pond shout out to a talented friend (chap, bloke) who goes by the name "Manin the Moon" and seems to have a hankering for meatpies...which always makes me wonder what would accompany my order of meat pie a la mode? (Perhaps a scoop of foie gras. Oh yes!)

I know it's not very politically correct calling sheep "Lambchop" but, this is a personal thing!
Last year my father gave me a block printed fine art card with a charming & beautiful illustration of an expressive ewe on it. Ever since I've been asking sheep if they are or have seen Lambchop!

Calling All Girls

YM was an American teen magazine that began in 1932. It was published for 72 years and was the second-oldest girls' magazine (the oldest being Seventeen) in the United States.
YM got its start as two magazines in the 1930s—Compact, which was aimed at older teens, and
Calling All Girls, which was intended for younger girls and pioneered the signature embarrassing-moments column, "Say Anything".
By the late 1960s, the publications merged into Young Miss, a small digest-sized mag. In the 1960s the size was increased and the 1980s saw still another title change (this time to Young & Modern) under Bonnie Fuller's direction as editor-in-chief.
The final title change came in 2000 (this time to Your Magazine), though the abbreviation "YM" was the title by which it was commonly referred. It ceased publication in 2004, with the December/January issue featuring Usher. Subscribers received Teen Vogue subscriptions in replacement.
YM is no longer published online and now the domain is only a link to Teen Vogue.

Lambchop is a sweet, sweet poodle that was rescued by Atlanta Pet Rescue. He was adopted and is now a senior (probably aourn 12 or 13 yo) but still active and loves to sit in your lap and have you scratch behind his ears. He makes this wonderful little low growl from total happiness when he is in your lap. He is one of five rescued pets (4 dogs and one cat) that belong to a friend who has a heart of gold.
