Pan Fried Lamb Chops with Garlic and Herbs, perfect for a special spring

dinner.

This can be considered as the "gravy" to tonight's eggsperiment.

 

Since the Egg was still hot, I bought the temp up to 450F and threw in somef lamb chops. These were marinated in "Sheep Dip". Recipe courtesy of www.amazingribs.com.

Shot on a Nikon F100, Sigma 28-70/2.8 and Kodak Tri-X rated at 6400.

The restaurants on all 4 corners (and down the street) are all packed ... yet the skewers are constantly replenished, and the air is filled with the tantalizing aroma of the grilled meat (well, tantalizing if you're a carnivore!)

He liked Mallory Lewis' show in her dressing room (it was pouring rain for an outdoor show) and bought a Lambchop puppet which he still has

Stoemp is a Belgian dish, a bit like bubble and squeak, made from mashed potatoes and other vegetables. My version here is potatoes, carrots and cabbage.

 

The chops were simply seasoned with salt and pepper and griddled.

Nice new recipe I tried from Steven Raichlen on the Big Green Egg Medium. This time Lamb Chops in a nice marinade. The marinade was made in the morning and because of it the meat was extra tender.

A great recipe and probably will make it more often. Still I prefer the rosemary recipe I made before.

So keep your bread and mandolins, your fiddles and kept up with those you love because the benefits are great.

 

The rinse you find the path you grind distorted like a condiment or feisty cast of characters, de facto , sans secure.

 

If god begat the Mormon into laymen into brethren into birthdays into cardinals, and liars.

End of Day 5

First part of my trip is done: Reykjavik and the Snaefellsnes camping with my son, my daughter-in-law and my grand-daughter. The second part I would be alone, sleep in hostels and travel a tiny bit to the Westfjords and then the Reykjanes (near Keflavik airport).

My son took the circle road starting north ending south.
