Greening Auto C2/SS
Based on a 1965 Corvette with a 427 LS7 engine attached to a GM 6L80E transmission. The car features a SRIII Round Tube frame and suspension based on the C4 & C5 Corvettes. The color is Glasurit Lamp Black. The wheels were CNC machined out of solid aluminum by Greening, and wrapped in Pirelli P Zero tires.
Owned by Alan & Loretta Woodall of Cary, NC, and built by Greening Auto Company of Nashville, TN. The concept and design was by Eric Brockmeyer of Viera, FL and the interior was by Paul Atkins of Huntsville, AL.
The original straight-six has been removed in favor of a GM LS7 V8 crate engine, and the car now makes 550 horsepower through an automatic transmission. It's also been equipped with Brembo brakes—six-piston front and four-piston rear—an Art Morrison independent front suspension, a four-link rear suspension, and coilovers all around.
