Thursday 17 September 2009: Love this Valentino knock-off for big girls so much I bought it in brown and black, too. It looks much better with my deep red 4" patent mary jane platforms, but today was full of standing, presenting to clients, walking and schmoozing. This $12 dress (I kid you not) has been worn precisely twice. It's heading to the cleaners, now, which will probably mean its disintegration. Don't you love disposable clothing, though?

According to nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stadsfeestzaal_(Antwerpen), the Stadsfeestzaal was built in 1908, and the building was almost entirely destroyed in a fire in 2000. It was reopened in 2007 as a shopping center, and there are also 40 apartments in it.

Wednesday 23 September 2009: Now you can see why I need the Paul Mitchell super skinny serum. Today was another work- and errand-filled day, so I chose the easiest dress I own: empire waist, flows out to fun sweep of a skirt, perfect 3/4 sleeves, and fully lined. Perfect transitional weather wear that makes me feel like a cross between a ballerina and a witch. Looks as great with boots as these remixed mary janes.

Estou péssima hoje. Ontem resolvi tomar a última dose da vacina contra Hepatite e acho que estou tendo reação: não consegui dormir, o braço está muito dolorido. Hoje acordei com dor de cabeça, cabeça e olhos pesados, dor no corpo inteiro, indisposição total... odeio!
Mas vamos ao que interessa:
Máscara que veio de brinde na Telva, o Exceptionnel da Chanel. Os C’s entrelaçados na tampinha dourada são fofos e o tamanho nem é tão mini assim ( os mini da Bourjois têm a embalagem menor, não sei a quantidade). A Rita ficou enlouquecida com esse rímel, ela disse que, pela primeira vez na vida, ela tinha cílios. Realmente, o negócio funcionou MUITO com ela. Em mim não foi aqueeeeeeeeeeela coisa, fora que eu achei meio chato de tirar. O mais legal é o aplicador. Ele tem uma fileira de escovinha e outra fileira de pente intercaladas e o povo anda dizendo por aí que é isso que faz dele “exceptionnel”. Bom, por R$ 12,90 tá bom demais, né?
Perfume sólido Cherry Blossom L’Occitane- eu sou LOUCA por tudo que tenha o nome cherry blossom. Quando vi uma loja da L’Occitane na minha frente, fiquei doida e corri pra dentro. As atendentes foram super gente boa, deixaram que eu e a Rita cheirássemos, abríssemos e experimentássemos TUDO, tudo meeeeeeeeeeeeesmo. Só que como tudo lá é facadex e eu já tinha caído de amores pelo perfume de Cherry Blossom ( o líquido... coloquei naquela tirinha que eles dão e fiquei cheirando forever), mas o bendito custa os olhos da cara + um rim, comprei o sólido porque tem um preço amigo.
Tinha lido no blog da Fefeh Beraldo que ela estava meio decepcionada com ele, mas na hora em que coloquei na cabeça que precisava comprar, nem lembrava mais do que tinha lido.
Ele parece um potinho de Vick ( minha mãe achou que ela Vick numa embalagem mais gatinha), consistência quase idêntica também. Eu vi que a fixação não era muito boa, mas aí a Rita começou a esfregar os dedos um no outro e o cheiro do perfume apareceu! Agora passo e fricciono bem e o cheirinho fica. Ele é suava ( graças a deus, sou alérgica), então você não vai sair chumbando as pessoas ao seu redor e, em mim, enquanto estava andando, consegui sentir o cheirinho quando me virei. Ou seja, I heart my solid perfume.

My birthday is in less than 3 weeks now, and as I had finished all of my perfumes, I decided to treat myself with a lovely one from L'Occitane. Miel & Citron (Honey & Lemon). The fragrance reminds me of a baby (alcohol free fragrance from L'Occitane too) perfume that had been gifted to my first son P, for his birth. It was very similar & in a way, it's almost the same scent to me. So this new perfume has a special meaning to me.
And the bottle is absoutely delightful, don't you think ?
A year ago, I decided, in a "less is more" point of view, to use & finish all of the perfume bottles I had been buying over the years. And a couple of weeks ago, I finally finished them all. To my own delight.

E trouxe tudo isso e mais um pouco comigo. Ok, o plano não era comprar tudo isso, mas sabe como é...
Ainda bem que tirando Berlim, as outras cidades não ajudaram muito em matéria de preço de produtos para unhas e esmaltes, ou teria sido pior. :D
Trouxe tudo isso para mim, e como devem notar tem um bocado de coisa pra unhas e cutículas. Vou testar aos poucos e depois digo do que gostei.
Só espero que aquele creminho da Dior seja fabuloso mesmo, porque custou os olhos da cara na Sephora. E só comprei porque a Ariane falou maravilhas dele.
Ainda tenho que responder comentários, terminar o upload das fotos da viagem, colocar tags, subir fotos de mais esmaltes que vieram me dizer oi, responder e-mails... enfim, muita coisa, mas voltei. :)

Depois de ter sido indicada pela Faby e Le, cá venho eu indicar 5 bons produtos.
Como eu tenho várias coisas importadinhas, resolvi que seria boazinha e incluiria vários nacionais. Não sá meus top 5, mesmo porque não dá para fazer top. Top 10 eu posso até pensar, mas só 5 não. São 5 produtos que eu acho muito bons.
1. Cera Nutritiva unhas e cutículas, da Granado: a cerinha da Granado nem precisa de explicações, ou precisa? Gosto de passá-la à noite nos pés e mãos. Daí aproveito e coloco meia para potencializar a hidratação nos pés.
2. Hidratante Antiidade para mãos, com Glicerina, da Neutrogena: não é porque eu passei dos 30 que agora passo creme com filtro nas mãos. Sempre passei, desde os meus 20 e poucos. Ele hidrata bem, forma uma película que protege as mãos e tem filtro, o que é otimo para prevenir várias coisas, inclusive mais pintinhas nas mãos.
3. Removedor de Esmalte, da Aspa: gostei muito desse removedor. Remove bem, inclusive nos cantinhos, não resseca as unhas - se fizer swatch aí nada salva! - e o cheiro não me incomoda. Tentei usar uma da Impala o cheiro me dava dor de cabeça. Mas eu uso outro também. Esse é meu novo xodó, uso para limpar os cantinhos :)
4. Gel para Pés e Pernas Cansadas, da Granado: depois disso deveria ganhar brinde da Granado. Enfim, esse foi o primeiro produto da linha Pink que eu comprei. O cheiro é muito bom, espalha bem, hidrata, relaxa e refresca que é uma delícia! Ótima pedida para o verão.
5. Soin Ongles & Cuticle, da L'Occitane: Fui boazinha e só coloquei esse importado. Eu acho que ele nem vendem aqui e comprei esse quando ainda tinha no site da Cosme-De. Nem lembro quanto paguei, mas não foi esse preço que agora está lá, foi mais barato. Bom, o produto é ótimo! Com manteiga de Karité o creminho hidrata muito e rende horrores. Eu passo uma vez por semana nas cutículas das mãos e dos pés, e coloco meia nos pés em seguida. Hidrata mais do que o da Granado, e por ser creme, espalha mais fácil. Só não uso mais porque não precisa e tenho medo de não achar mais.
É isso. Não vou indicar ninguém porque não sei mais quem fez, quem não fez e tem gente que não gosta disso. Quem quiser pode se sentir convidada a brincar ;)

Snapped this a while back using the company's p&s and kinda forgot about it... saw it in one of the more obscure folders and thought i'll post it nevertheless.
i use this bag mostly when i am at work coz I am always on the run and need most of the things in it. but on weekends or outings with friends, i have a simplified version.
