My friend Zach Rice discovered this spot which is cleverly hidden through a walk in the woods in Newport Rhode Island. It is a classic, New England type lighthouse situated on a some colorful rocks.
I took this in the middle of the winter, which yields a very neutral and underwhelming sunset.
Every year there is a charity walk which goes down to the Beachy Head lighthouse. It helps raise funds for the painting of the lighthouse.
