After being looped at Barlby for 30 mins 20132 leads the 3S14 Grimsby to Bridlington rail head treatment train over Barlby level crossing just outside of Selby.

These buildings are typical of what you will see in Bangkok. They have an air of faded beauty about them
UP YPR60B makes a setout at the lower level of Blommer while overhead, North Line #330 arrives Ogilvie with a repainted F40PH-3. Blommer's lower level receives cocoa butter in tanks cars while the upper level takes sugar in covered hoppers.
This four level interchange, to the North of Downtown Los Angeles, was the first of its kind in the US. It was built in 1953 and connects the 110 Freeway to the 101. In order to get the landing skids out of this shot, taken from directly above, it required the door to be removed (before flight) and the helicopter to be rolled slightly. This means I was facing the ground with nothing but a regular seatbelt holding me in. That was pretty cool and one of the more memorable things I've gotten to do while photographing. Can't wait to take another ride.

NJ Transit ALP-45DP no. 4519 is seen leading Montclair-Boonton Line train 1003 under the Freemand Pkwy bridge in Glen Ridge, NJ, also crossing Toneys Brook at the same time. The railroad through here was built by the Newark and Bloomfield Railroad in 1856, later grade-separated and double-tracked by the Morris & Essex Railroad in 1912. Electrification came in 1930 - with the first train operated by Thomas Edison himself - and in 1945 full ownership of the line went to the Delaware, Lackawanna & Western.

The scene was illuminated by two Nikon SB900 speedlights placed 80° CL/CR, 20-inches above and two-feet away from the subject. The speedlights were fired in Manual mode @ 1⁄16 - power through Neewer 24" x 24" soft boxes.
The SB900s were triggered by three PocketWizard Plus X triggers.
Lens: reverse-mounted Nikon EL - Nikkor 50mm/f2.8 with 7mm + 14mm + 28mm extension tubes attached.
After being stuck in the house for most of the day by the water board, who had dug up the yard and blocked my car in... I managed to get out for an hour or so. Not a lot about again, but I was lucky enough to see Barnie having a kip in his tree.
