This set idea includes 2024 pieces to build the lunar spacesuit filled with details! You can move all the joints, take off the backpack lid to see inside the exploration portable life support system (xPLSS) based on the real conponents and layout, open the xPLSS hatch to see inside the spacesuit torso (hollow like the real spacesuits!), and enjoy two additional minifigures.

Q: What do you get if you strip the engines from a galaxy-class super cruiser and strap them to the sides of a single pilot fighter?
A: This.
Primarily used for planetside racing tournaments, and more engine than ship, what Shorty lacks in size she more than makes up for in raw power.
The planet Mimban possesses deep hyperbaride mineral deposits making it a strategic location to own.
The 224th Imperial Armored Division was deployed on Mimban to subjugate the Mimbanese and ensure Imperial energy mining operations continued unabated.
The battle conditions were terrible: the ionized atmosphere prevented air support most of the time, the surface was muddy and sliding so it was really hard to progress, the Mimbanese had the unsettling ability to disappear in the mud and murk of their homeworld...
Because of that the Empire quickly realized that it wouldn't be easy to defeat and dominate the Mimbanese so they decided to use the trench warfare strategy to defend their own position strongly…
Imperial gunners were operating Howitzer to fire high explosive shells and smash enemy guns and critical positions. The Empire army used as well lines of barbed wire to slow down and entangle attacking infantry while shooting them with E-web repeating blasters, protected within their bunkers making it very difficult for the Mimbanese to get any success!
Despite all those defenses Mimbanese were attacking the Empire positions!
Their trench raids aimed at forcing temporary entry into the enemy’s line in order to destroy fortification and artillery. The Mimbanese attackers were wearing camouflaged uniforms in order to get as close as possible without being seen in order to cross the worst place to be: the area between opposing trench lines known as “no man’s land”.
Attacks, even if successful, often sustained severe casualties because of being fully exposed to gun fire from both sides.
So even if the Mimbanese were very brave, they seem to be fighting a losing battle…

Theme: Nature
I won't deny that I was stuck, looking for a concept, for as long as a full week. I really wanted to avoid making a whole moc designed around plants, trees or flowers, and didn't want to make a simple animal either.
The concept behind this build is quite straight-forward: what if Mother Nature was some kind of lovecraftian, outer space entity, instead of her typical motherly/human-like depiction?
The first things I designed were the torso and belly. I really wanted to keep the key mother nature symbolism (all the recalls to fertility and being a mother and whatnot) while adding an outerworldly feel to all of it. I also wanted her head to have a single eye that resembled a bright star.
The addition of tentacles at the vertical edges of the moc was a simple way to strengthen the cosmic horror feel of the build. The blue zamor represents, of course, a planet fit to inhabit life.

When the brains attacked Makuhero City, preventing the heroes from being infected became of utmost priority for Hero Factory. As a result, in order to safeguard the precious Quaza Hero Cores many new pieces of armor were developed. One of these prototypes is proudly worn by Proto Team Leader Omar Cage and is said to be the most unbreachable and secure Quaza Core ever installed. It is so secure, in fact, that it requires a 40 minutes disassembly process every time it needs to be recharged. No matter how smart the enemy, no brain can get through three passwords, an armored padlock, a fingerprint scan and a captcha!

Brickworld ended a whole three months ago ...better late than never?
Thank you to everyone for making this another incredible year. Insert the usual mushy gushy lovey dovey sweet sentiment here to the new friends, the old ones, and those who didn't show this year and we missed ♥! Hard to come up with a new way to describe it year over year.
2025 kept me busy with running a workshop, a presentation, being on a panel, being in Frog Nation collab (#phrog - we got a nomination!) and the Rolli Pollie collab (we got a nomination!), and of course, the film festival. This year I tried to take a healthy step back from my commitments at the show which included barely making any new MOCs. The comeback will be crazy :)
My indefinite sabbatical from LEGO is still ongoing but I'm finally posting my backlog.

The Imperial Pod Racer
I recently saw a concept for a Tie Racer on instagram. It was cool but essentially it was just 2 massive cylindrical engines stuck to the side of a Tie Fighter. So I decided to take this to it’s natural conclusion. What would an Imperial Pod Racer look like?
The idea was to take the aesthetics of a Tie Fighter, split it up and re-design it for the racing circuit. I figured that with all the resources the empire has they would make something a lot more polished and refined than the junkyard efforts we see in the movie. They’d also use one of their signature designs for it. The centre part of the ‘pod’ is a heavily modified mid-section from a Tie Fighter by Jerac.
