The planet Mimban possesses deep hyperbaride mineral deposits making it a strategic location to own.
The 224th Imperial Armored Division was deployed on Mimban to subjugate the Mimbanese and ensure Imperial energy mining operations continued unabated.
The battle conditions were terrible: the ionized atmosphere prevented air support most of the time, the surface was muddy and sliding so it was really hard to progress, the Mimbanese had the unsettling ability to disappear in the mud and murk of their homeworld...
Because of that the Empire quickly realized that it wouldn't be easy to defeat and dominate the Mimbanese so they decided to use the trench warfare strategy to defend their own position strongly…
Imperial gunners were operating Howitzer to fire high explosive shells and smash enemy guns and critical positions. The Empire army used as well lines of barbed wire to slow down and entangle attacking infantry while shooting them with E-web repeating blasters, protected within their bunkers making it very difficult for the Mimbanese to get any success!
Despite all those defenses Mimbanese were attacking the Empire positions!
Their trench raids aimed at forcing temporary entry into the enemy’s line in order to destroy fortification and artillery. The Mimbanese attackers were wearing camouflaged uniforms in order to get as close as possible without being seen in order to cross the worst place to be: the area between opposing trench lines known as “no man’s land”.
Attacks, even if successful, often sustained severe casualties because of being fully exposed to gun fire from both sides.
So even if the Mimbanese were very brave, they seem to be fighting a losing battle…
The Imperial Pod Racer
I recently saw a concept for a Tie Racer on instagram. It was cool but essentially it was just 2 massive cylindrical engines stuck to the side of a Tie Fighter. So I decided to take this to it’s natural conclusion. What would an Imperial Pod Racer look like?
The idea was to take the aesthetics of a Tie Fighter, split it up and re-design it for the racing circuit. I figured that with all the resources the empire has they would make something a lot more polished and refined than the junkyard efforts we see in the movie. They’d also use one of their signature designs for it. The centre part of the ‘pod’ is a heavily modified mid-section from a Tie Fighter by Jerac.
A warrant of arrest has been issued against "Team Forge" Leader Maverick Brand after he brutalized a gang of villains and hijacked their base. According to our intel, he is planning to use the equipment inside the base to take control of part of the system. The scope of his resources is unknown.
His current location is the gas giant Hefeus, but the full extent of the threat his machinations impose could be more significant. Further estimations are required.
Maverick Brand is equipped with heat-resistant plate armor, a throwable bulletproof shield and a fire-imbued Flamberge sword. Armor-piercing ammunition and electricity-based weaponry may be viable strategies to take him down. Proceed with caution.

The taste of shame is what Kenzero loves the most. The Kenzero Twins work together, one half investigating, uncovering every deepest secret of their victim, just so the other half can reveal everything as loud as it can, to everyone. If you have something to hide, it's already too late: everybody will know what you've done.

I was thinking about how sadness and depression are very similar to the solar eclipse that is happening today throughout the USA. The eclipse at any location only lasts about two minutes. Those minutes may feel so much longer as we experience something so surreal - but they are still only minutes. I don't claim to understand depression and the feelings associated with it, but I do feel they are a small moment in comparison to the joy of this life and the warmth of the sun coming out of that momentary obscurity.

Here's one of very few detail shots I managed to take before I had to hand over the build to a friend who helped set up the Rogue Odyssey collab at Bricking Bavaria 2023.

When I heard the news from Promobricks of the possible revival of The Lord Of The Rings LEGO Theme, I was like: “One does not simply revive LEGO LOTR” and I thrilled if this turns out to be true.
So during the past 2 weeks, I set myself the challenge to reimagine the Fellowship into BrickHeadz scale. I divided them into three different sets: the idea is to make that iconic silhouette when they are traveling and headed to Mordor. I think that would look cool to display, play and worthy of our collections.
A little about the process: I use the piece count from Harry Potter BrickHeadz as an indicator of how many pieces I could use, to make it as realistic as an official release. But I must confess I feel like I cheated this time because I used certain parts in which the color has not been released yet and a lot of printed pieces.
If Frodo and Gandalf BrickHeadz are coming next year in January I wonder if the LEGO design team used on their versions any of these parts in these new colors. Can’t wait for 2023! Hope you enjoy my take on these brickheadz 😉
