Sometimes you just want to be a rebel...

An old abandoned timber frame style prison house. I tried out a couple of new techniques for the light gray walls and roof, so let me know what you think!

Again a small MOC for the Online RPG we are playing on the German LUG www.RogueBricks.de

This time the challenge was to build somethings with orcs and how they live. Based on the earlier storytelling of @-wat- I figured out the landscape, trees and figures.

I really loved to put some other 'faces' of HP and SW into this MOC.

My custom Destroyer Droid with deflector shield, built for our @darktimesgroup Antolus l collab displayed at @_bricktastic 2024.

The story takes place in the early days of the Empire, and pirates take over some CIS equipment, which they are using against the Empire

I made the driod with the shield last october, after I discovered that the 8x8 dome pieces in trans blue. These are almost perfect for my droideka build, but I didn’t got to use it in any MOCs since then. The whole aesthetic of the collab, with the black round bases and raised terrain worked well to hide the connection points of the dome pieces. I also added LED lights under the shield, which gave a nice glow to the whole thing as a perfect finishing touch.

decided to join the #Frogust fun! I’ve always loved frogs and still look for them everywhere I go. LEGO + frogs was the crossover the world needed.

thanks to @mrmaxxwell for all of the froggy inspiration.

Find many mechanical details and trans-dark blue eerie highlights spread into the organic shaping of this massive 6 foot long alien spaceship! The vintage windows are some of my favorite parts in this build, as well as the 2x2 curved sand green slope! Now what if this huge SHIP could FLY...

A fun little build with some nice curb appeal. Big fan :)

Another build for Iron Forge, seedpart: lever

A Neo Fabuland Fire Station

This build is part of a larger display I built in 2025, revisiting and expanding on the concept of Neo Fabuland—a reinterpretation of the classic Fabuland aesthetic, much like how Neo-Classic Space draws inspiration from the original Classic Space theme. If you’re curious, you can read more about the goals of the project here.

All six builds for this display are now complete, but so far I have only posted three sections, Padbrook Town, Maximillian’s Watermill and Hilltop Station, and this is the fourth one I completed.

This build is not inspired by an existing Fabuland set. It features a fire station building with observation tour, a fire engine and rescue in progress.

"Welcome ladies and gentlemen,

I am glad you all agreed on my idea, to celebrate at the pool today, instead of the ballroom, as it was planned. That would surely have been too hot. And considering the fact, that even Mr. Grievous has chosen a cap instead of his cylinder today, I guess I am speaking for everyone with this..

However, enough of that, and back to why we are having this party today. The reason is, of course, the birthday of my great friend Mereel! Great to have you here today, buddy!

So, usually, I would say something about your presents at this point, but obviously none have arrived yet, because of the sudden post strike… Well, almost none, since I was able to organize something , even if it is rather something for a rainy day…

Also, who needs presents, when there are gin and juice to drink, bowls of ice cream to eat and so many nice people to talk to. I hope you have a great day, my friend and enjoy the party!

Now, before we get back to eating ice cream, tanning and swimming in the pool, let’s all raise our voices for the man of the day!

Happy birthday, Mereel!"

Happy birthday, my friend! I hope you have a great day! I think this little build fits the current temperatures around here very well. :D For those, who don’t know, we are experiencing a heat wave here in Germany, with up to 40 °C. Perfect weather to have a swim in the pool and eat tons of ice cream!

BTW: The semester is almost over and I had some more time for building again. More shots of this MoC will follow later this week and next week there is another build to come, so stay tuned!

Hey everyone!

Alongside my usual projects, I’ve been working on something a little different — a LEGO Ideas build of the Little Women Orchard House.

I’d love your help in making it a real LEGO set! All it takes is a quick vote on LEGO Ideas. It’s free, and your support would mean the world to me.

A Lego version of the SDF-1 Macross, as featured in the 1984 film "Super Dimension Fortress Macross: Do you remember love?"

This spacecraft was a tricky build due to its ability to transform between two modes, that either made it into a long, bulky ship, or a 1200 meter tall megarobot.

The transformation process begins by splitting the front of the craft into sections, that form the two main cannons. Then the middle superstructure spins 180 degrees around a central pole, and locks into place. Finally the thrusters and launch bays can be opened and positioned in order to make the arms and legs of the robot mode. I found this video on YouTube showing the full process: www.youtube.com/watch?v=uwe2E2K2vk8

The stand also has some features. I made two switchable mounts for the different modes to rest on.

A duck can be an old man's only friend. Loneliness in a MOC.

For the Bricking Bavaria exhibition I built some small builds for the collaboration "Skytopia" with the guys from www.RogueBricks.de

Here you see the small "Red Flyer" - just a quick build to fill the space of the collaboration above the sky. Also two antennas with signs.

Blitz Squad along with the other squads of the 253rd were ordered to quarter in a local village near by. Havoc and his men upon arriving at their host's home quickly formed a friendship between them and the family that lived there. Welcomed with open arms, Havoc, Style, Law, and Fixer made themselves at home.

"You clones aren't what I pictured. To be honest, y'all aren't anything near what I pictured."

"What do you mean?"

As the evening came, Havoc learned that Namir, their host, was a man with a heart loyal to Republic, but just like many citizens throughout the galaxy, he'd never seen a clone face to face.

"You clones- act normal- are normal..."

Namir paused.

"Many of us expected clones to be somewhat like droids. Programmed to just follow orders except in the form of a human. But you aren't like that. You all have respect for each other and those who you meet. You can connect and understand your surroundings.

I guess all I can say is that I am grateful that the Republic has soldiers like you."

Havoc stood up from his chair and rose his glass.

"To Namir and his family."

With smiles around the table, everyone rose their glasses in unison.

As the group was about to drink their toast, a flashing red light appeared on the wall.

"Argh, the darn critters; tripped the sensors again. I'll be back."

Namir made his way to the front door.

"We'll wait for you, sir."

"Thank you Sergeant Havoc."

Dinner talk resumed as Namir left the house.

As laughs were being exchanged the group abruptly froze as a blast from outside was heard.

Havoc turned and nodded to each of his men. Grabbing their helmets and weapons, they put their backs to the wall and peered through the windows.

"I have no visual, sir."

"Law with me. Fixer, Style, stay with the family."

Havoc and Law, staying under the level of the windows, crept to the door.

Law tapped the control panel and the door slid open. As they turned and faced the moonlight, Havoc spotted Namir on the dirt path, dead.

"Clones! Fire."

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Just a small MOC because it is this time of the year again. I wanted to use the round bezel with 8 studs from the LEGO watches as the ring from the basket, so the whole thing started with this part.

'Pumpkin Basketball' - maybe a new Olympic discipline? Bouncing the pumpkin might be a little bit difficult - don't you think?

More specifically, a 1983 Porsche 911 SC/RS Coupe.

Many months ago, I started working on a 911. After a few days, I pushed it to the back burner and all but forgot about it. Until yesterday when Ron Dayes uploaded his beautiful Porsche 991: www.flickr.com/photos/rondayes/38378267066/in/feed

It got me thinking about my 911 and I went and started digging around to find all of my old prototypes. And after some much needed tweaking, here it is.

Any thoughts or ideas are welcome! Thanks for looking!

Central Library is located in Milwaukee, WI. The building opened in 1898, and the model uses 298 pieces.

My first truck in this scale. I wanted to go with something a bit smaller than the usual Ford or Ram, so I chose the Datsun 520.

Build: My options were this and the GMC Cyclone, and I chose this due to its "work-truck" look. This was one of my most challenging builds so far, despite how simple it looks. It took around 2 weeks of work, but I think it was well worth it!

Specs: Being scaled down to 1/43, it measures 12 long, 5 1x1 plates high, and 5 studs across.

Reason: After doing mostly Super and Sport cars for quite a few months, I wanted to add some more everyday cars to my collection. Hopefully, this is just the first of many to come!

Thanks for looking!

Edgar is interested in an adventure within the wider world. But where can he go? What will he see? Especially with no hands? None of these concern him, for the world awaits at his toe tips.

This build was an excuse to explore creature building more, and inspired from the white Tohunga feet from early Bionicle sets. It is a simple concept and therefore simple build, being a fun, and whimsical creature that stands and looking at things. With the character build itself being rather simple, the addition of a backpack and various items that show his adventurous side such a bedroll, fishing net, and then his smaller fishing hat, it gives that as if he is off to something grand.

My first 32x32 modular MOC ever! This modern ramen restaurant building features a condo on its upper floors.

Second Round of Iron Forge.

Challenge: Use the parts 4522 (Tool Hammer/ Mallet) and part 4006 (Tool Spanner Wrench/ Screwdriver).

7th entry: I've plan et planting plants on the moon.

The Village Post Office is my first new MOC for over a year. A classic British Post Office set during the early 1930's. The model is not a modular building but features an open back design to give easy access to the interior details.

The model is now on LEGO IDEAS. f you like to vote for the model to be made in to a real set then please visit ideas.lego.com/projects/16ae1e95-cf30-41dd-ae23-36e07668df05

Thanks very much.

Something different. I wanted to build an oldtimer which could be used in a larger display. After a while I had this one as a result.

I love the white rims and also the way how the fenders are fixed on this MOC.

Who is this new stranger in the Candy Kingdom? The charismatic talking heart named Ricardio! He soon becomes very popular, except to Finn who believes he's hiding something. Little does Finn know just what the gent is…

Let me be the first to say just how expressive this little guy is. During the concept phase for the build, it was clear that getting the characteristics of Ricardio was key. Ethan (@ethan.the.artisan) did an exceptional job, using his butt-load of bricks to bring this bud to life!

Lego Antonov An-225 Mriya – Digitales Modell / Render ... waiting for parts to arrive

Contest entry for the recent contest on www.RogueBricks.de "Adventure Awaits".

The theme gives pretty much possibilities, but Indiana Jones and Johnny Thunder came directly into my mind.

As it is June, the son of Johnny has to go on an adventure to find the golden bananas on Skull Island. HIs name? Juney Thunder - (as Simon and Markus would say ^^)

The Countach is a car or my childhood - having a poster, metal die-cast model and bragging about its numbers like a kid should.

Now I know the car is not really too practical, to say at best, nor even very fast. But it still looks completely *alien*.

Tackling it in LEGO form was hard. By far the biggest chalenge being the front fenders, which I made several variants off and I still am not fully satisfied. The car there tries to be low, angling, angular and round all at the same time.

I used virutal steeling axle mechanism for front wheels turning and there is a knob in the trunk you can pull out and stick under the license plate to turn the wheels.

I hope you like it!

Based on East coast brownstones.

Thought the grey would be the more interesting livery. Fun quick build :)

Checkered Tan House is a spacious summer residence with light colours. It's built on top of a creek and is surrounded by green, bright green and lime green foliage. A small patio is carved out in the rocks. Fully furnished of course.

This house has similarities both with one of my earliest builds Autumn Stream House and my box-shaped Coral House.

My aim was to keep the house simple, creating dynamics only with the combination of house bodies and windows. This makes a contrast to the green surroundings of the house.

I've dreamed of building the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse ever since I first saw the movie as a kid.

Now, in Lego, I have!

Here it is: the most iconic treehouse of all time!

Designing this set was an awesome challenge. My first attempt completely fell apart. Three months later, after redesigning everything, I was done with a solid model. You might think that this set will break apart, but the building techniques used, invisible in the finished model, make it extremely strong, even to the end of every branch. Technic pieces connect the green base to the inside of the tree and into the floor of the main treehouse. From top to bottom this set is solid. There has never been a Lego set anything like this so support it and make it a reality!

The treehouse has lots of great functions. The stairs fold up, just like in the movie. There is a trap door you can open and close in the floor of the main treehouse; the roof of each treehouse comes off easily so you can play inside each hut; the right treehouse opens in the front so you can set things up without taking off the roof. And there are lots of great details, like the bunk bed, ships steering wheel, shelves with books and trinkets, a small organ and so much more.

It comes with six minifigures, two dogs, and two monkeys. The minifigures are Mr and Mrs Robinson, Fritz, Ernst, Roberta or "Bertie" and Francis.

It consists of about 2,730 pieces and most are really small, but with the use of parts that currently don't come in the colors needed for the treehouse (mostly reddish brown and dark brown) this count could easily be reduced. It is an impressive set that fits nicely on the corner of my desk.

Thanks Bruce for the help with the photos.

A used record store popular among the local hipsters. The second floor includes a lounge area where shoppers can play discs on the turn table and help themselves to some free coffee. Don't ask me how they stay in business.

I intended to make the dome run all the way back but didn't have any more of those pieces (and didn't want to make another bricklink order). The back walls of the interiors could perhaps use some album cover stickers or something...

This was something I have worked on for awhile, just playing around with building in a bigger scale.

It's alive

For Iron Forge. The seed part is the lever piece assembly

Getting closer to topping off by adding 2 more floors, but I need to actually start designing and working on the first floor/foundation, as well as the interiors.

Also, follow @wooootles on Instagram, where I also share LEGO WIPs including this skyscraper project (and other things too, it's my personal IG account!)
