My second church build is now done.
Catholic Country Church is a historical building in Shanghai, designed by Ladislaus Hudec, completed in 1925.
I really love these architectural details and decorative elements and I visited it few weeks ago.
Now the model is made of almost 4300pcs and it is put on a 48*48 baseplate. The most difficult part must are the curved roofs.
My LEGO model of the Guardian is now reaching the 25th story of its full the 40 story height on the north tower. It is currently 5 feet (1.524 meters) high and the eight modular sections currently weight in aggregate 116 pounds (52.6 Kg).

🇬🇧 After getting feedback, I decided to take a layer of 1 stone between them. That was a challenging job but I am very satisfied with the result! even more realistic. 🇳🇱 Na het krijgen van feedback toch maar besloten om er een laag van 1 steen tussen uit te halen. After a few days of work and a couple of livestreams the LEGO Supermarket is finally done!
The build is done on top of two 32x32 baseplates and could easily be modified to fit in the LEGO modular system to apply into LEGO Cities.

I had a great deal of fun building this Burger Truck. Memory Lane Collaborative Build. David Guedes and I built this trip down memory lane. It features buildings and hot rods built by each of us and is packed with little details. This Lego MOC has brick built SNOT roads and back alley ways.
Following the desk and chair build from the Brick bank set... I plan to modify the Jewellery shop upstairs to an office instead of a vault.. Until now I'm still not happy with the build... :( Have yet to complete it...
Cat clock by brickdesigned on Instagram, set about to buy the parts... Though the design is a bit wobbly especially at the neck. I have modified it to a shorter cat that is more stable...

Let me introduce you to the DECAUX Mark I.
Built years before the MABILLE, this power suit lay the foundations for the suits as we know it today. Now considered as standard by many Bricksburg citizens, this suit features a quad cleaning brush system, cleaning and wiping in the same time. You may also have spotted its vacuum function, allowing the pilot to grab small detritus from the streets. It also features some belt equipments, in case of required on-foot operations.

"DECAUX" is the name of the french company and businessman who operated the infamous "motocrottes" in Paris in the end of the 1990s.

This was my childhood toy back in 2007. It was really a memorable set for me, though you guys know that I love trucks alot. This have 206 pieces in total. Release in 2007, price range was MYR 79.90 in Malaysia.

The XL-15 enters the LEGO City!
This set wouldn’t have been on my radar if it wasn’t for the buzz about the Lightyear film’s director being AFOL Angus MacLane (check out his builds on Flickr!).
Evidently, he pushed for the in-film design to have a yellow transparent canopy, reminiscent of the Classic Space elements.
He also had an interesting spot on LEGOCon, worth a check out.
The build of this one and a cat seater spaceship is substantial! As a medium sized ship it checks most boxes for me: fits all accessories, swoosh-ability is there, has mobile base in form of laptop (stretch), and droid in the Catbot (also stretch). No escape pod/rover, which loses some points when compared to the medium builds of my ‘90s childhood.
But the elements and connections this set brings to the table blow anything from my childhood away. There are a few elements that are super obscure.
Color scheme for the spaceship is great, can’t miss with light blue, white, and black with that yellow canopy.
Also bonus points for extra head/hair elements for minifigs.
Less stellar for me were the minifigs. Buzz looks pretty good, but I’d prefer the dome over a normal helmet (I’m sure that’s a movie plot detail). The other figs have nice printing, but are pretty mute brown, like something out of a Star Wars set.
The shoulder pauldrons for all of them are cumbersome to range of motion.
The rocket launcher build doesn’t really work out to be held, but I do appreciate the built up weapon/scanning accessories.
Very nice set, strong suggest for the building experience and MOC possibilities!
I left off the red stripes off the wings. Does it look cleaner? Worse? Let me know
I’ll be looking at more contemporary LEGO sets that are bringing back Classic Space soon!
