Santa is finding it increasingly difficult to get elven assistance this year. So he resorted to using Saige and Lunatix, two rather mischievous skeletons. "Yes, I know," Santa said in a recent interview, "I know they are notoriously unpredictable, seem to lack a fully functioning brain, but they do appear to be infatuated with Iced Almond Truffles. If they deliver their gifts by the 25th I promised each of them a sack full of them."
Saige and Lunatix were once Finnish medieval bards who were quite happy to compose sonnets and short musicals until they retired. Sadly they met a most untimely demise during an argument with a wizard, a bathroom door, and the pronunciation of 'idiootti' (Finnish for idiot).
When 'The Pencils' gained sentience, earth never really recovered, most of all the artists. At first they wriggled and grinned in silence, then they started walking and talking in fully formed sentences, all over the planet. They leave behind a trail of color wherever they go; beautiful poetry and exotic art have been turning up on millions of tree trunks around the globe.
After six weeks and almost 63,000 pieces, the design for the walls of Winterfell is complete!
Now for the instructions.... see you all in a few weeks. By chance, has anyone discovered the illusive instruction monkey yet have they?

Lots of progress on Admiral Yi Sun-sin's monument, all that is missing now is the Admiral himself (you can see his feet at the top) :)
There were some very fun tricky bits in this one, especially the curved steps and the cauldrons (?) at the base.

When the new solari powered Zafflepods crash landed on Anama Prime an argument broke out.
Pilot Cyrotyx, second class, blamed the very unprofessional AI subroutines.
Whereas celestron navigator, Laserie-Shyn, blamed Cyrotyx's unhealthy fascination to the forbidden Grimoire of Demiplane Manipulation.
Perseverance is an original sci-fi ship creation and designated as a Battlecruiser. The ship draws inspiration from many sci-fi designs including: the Daedalus (Stargate), Nostromo (Alien), Bengal-class (Wing Comdr/Star Citizen), Truman-class (The Expanse), Pegasus (Battlestar Galactica), Forward onto Dawn (Halo) and many others
Some key design notes:
- Hard sci-fi rules: No shields; ballistic based weapons only(rail guns, missiles/torpedos, and PDCs)
- No artificial gravity, no FTL drive: ship environment is zero G when not accelerating/decelerating; relies on massive accelerating/decelerating chemical rocket engines and maneuvering thrusters distributed around center of weight
- Realistic automation and AI tech level: minimally crewed (200-300 sailors and officers with 100 marines); not a troop carrier and does not carry air wing of “fighters” besides unmanned repair drones and surface shuttles
- Carries and supplies its own battle group of screening ships (2 large destroyers and 3 destroyer escorts); the screeners can all be docked (externally and internally) with the mothership while not in combat to conserve fuel and conceal strength
- Not designed for atmospheric flight: no unnecessary decorative wings or stabilizers
All connections and colors in this build are designed to be buildable with physical bricks. Ship is designed in 1:200 scale.
My end goal and hope is to convey a design that blends “the rule of cool” with a sense of realism and feasibility (i.e a ship that could be built in 5-10 generations). All suggestions and critiques are highly appreciated!
Earth is notably the home of both humans (the planet's dominant intelligent species) and metahumans (the planet's superpowered, tiny plastic minority, which includes the LPEC (Lego Police Exercise Club).

Got a good start with the visor working out well. Going to be a bit trickier to get the shape of the helmet worked out.

First pass on the contours of the body finished. I don't think I have ever worked on a more complicated shape! Good thing I love a challenge!

I am really happy with how the top of the tower came out! I was able to get the slope to match the roof and get the observation area to look really close to reality.
Next I have to do a colour pass on it and add a touch more colour.
My client is extremely impressed with the progress thus far, even though the project is going to much larger than originally intended :D
Currently, the tower stands 72.6 cm (29.7")

My small scene around the Imperial colored version of my Republic Cargo container, built for our @darktimesgroup Antolus l collab displayed at @_bricktastic 2024.
The story takes place in the early days of the Empire, when Stormtroopers still used Clone Trooper armor and equipment.
The build was designed around the Cargo container, that I made last october,based on the one seen in Battlefront 2. I’m really proud of it’s design, I love the external details and smoothness, it’s quite solid, but also features a full usable interior and working doors on both ends, just like in the game. More on this build later!
I’m also happy with the lamp post design and how I was able to integrate lights. The battery pack for the lights was hidden in the base under the container for easy access. It also served as a power source for all my other connected builds.
The Probe Droid is also my own build, with accurate arms and head, inspired by @thetrendingbrick and the latest official version.
