Seen here in 2014 preparing to tow the disabled 2002 Lincoln Continental that I used to own. This was on a dangerous portion of I5 with virtually no shoulder near Yreka. If you see a tow truck or emergency vehicle on the side of the road with lights flashing be sure to slow down and move over.
