I think this is a Lea-Francis Light Four Saloon, built in the early 1950's. Lea-Francis originally were made in Lower Ford Street in Coventry. This 1978 picture dates from the time when cars like this could be had for a few hundred pounds, they were often bought as cheap transport and they ran until something major happened. If they were lucky they were restored, if not the scrap yard.
KAB 200 is now listed as a black 2018 Hybrid Volvo so this car may have been sold for the registration and re-registered, let us hope. The Triumph Herald behind will be compost by now.
