Tehokasta liikennekasvatusta on kohdattujen tilanteiden sanoittaminen ääneen ja perustelut käyttäytymiselle.

This is Walter in my lap, sound asleep. After a couple of hours the Catman had to visit the bathroom. Walter was not overwhelmingly in agreement with this, but we are I believe both better off for my relinquishing a lap for the moment. Had to kick Walter off my lap for a minute, but he unconditionally loves me to death in spite of this. That is why I will likely be Catmanjoe for a very long time.! :-)
Gizmo is not really the right size to be a lap dog but every so often he likes to cuddle up with one of the kids and I couldn't let the opportunity pass without getting off a shot.
