The landscape from Farm Koiimasis in the Namibrand Nature Reserve. In the background the Tiras Mountains.
Not all sunrises are full of colour and sunshine. This was sunrise last weekend on Sunday at Turimetta Beach, which was grey and overcast.
Every year around this time the rocks at Turimetta Beach get covered in moss, and this colour complemented the grey sky perfectly.
I took a long exposure which gives the image this mysterious feel, which I think is really cool.
I hope you enjoy this image.

I have a few photographs on Flickr of this old wooden bridge between Switzerland and Germany at Stein/Bad Sackingen.
The church in the background has beautiful artwork inside.
That's for you Anja :)
Just out of cam and as you can see...it has no light, no colors and not a whiff of mystical touch ;)
On Thursday, February 13, 2014, mount Kelud in East Java, Indonesia erupted so strong. Volcanic ash has fallen to a radius of about 100 km.
2 years after the eruption of Mount Kelud still leaves damage there, especially on existing infrastructure, but on the other hand the landscape that was formed by the eruption was now visible green decorate the slopes and cliffs ...... so beautiful!
