Katastralgemeinde: Innere Stadt. Das späthistoristische Wohn- und Geschäftshaus in neobarocken Formen wurde 1895 von Luwig Richter erbaut. die Sockelzone mit additiv gereihten Arkadenöffnungen ist nur in der Kramergasse erhalten, sonst wurde sie 1963 verändert. Der Mittelteil ist genutet, über einem verkröpften Gesims erhebt sich die Oberzone, die mit korinthischen Riesenpilastern gegliedert ist, und deren breite Seitenachsen Gitterbalkone aufweisen. Die Sturzfelder der Fenster sind reich dekoriert, auch das Attikageschoß ist mit Doppelpilastern, Kartuschen und Cherubskopfkapitellen reich stuckiert.

Katastralgemeinde: Landstraße. Das 1882-1884 von Rudolf Schwanberger erbaute Amtshaus bildet mit dem dahinter gelegenen Haus aus 1869 eine Einheit. Zum Platz hin eine Monumentalgliederung mit korinthischer Doppelpilasterordnung zu sehen, ist das Gebäude an den Seitenfronten schlicht gehalten.
