Iceland offers many opportunities for making landscape photo's. This is an more intimate study from the beach located at the famous Dyandi waterfall in the west fjords of Iceland.
After a kind tip from a FB photographer I went a day in november to the so called 'Speulder bos (forest)' at the edge of a large nature park 'The Veluwe'.
I hoped that day for some autumnal scene's which I did find.
This patch in the forest with several different colored ferns was making a beautiful appearance. While it was steadily raining, what I didn't mint because colors get pretty enhanced, I set up the tech. camera with some back tilt en front shift to get a good framing.
I used Kodak Ektachrome E100vs which for me is an amazing film, it has more noise and grain then Fuji velvia50 but color rendition is really beautiful.

After patiently holding at CP Banks for traffic to clear, an eastbound Conrail freight makes it's way towards Enola Yard at Harrisburg PA. March 20, 1999. On June 1, 1999 Norfolk Southern would become the operstor of this portion of Conrail.

The most iconic view of the American Southwest. Monument Valley is in the Navajo Nation reservation. It is part of the Monument Valley Navajo Tribal Park. The East Mitten Butte (center) is the tallest at 1,026 ft or 313 m high from the plateau. The Mitten Buttes (left and center) are less than 1 mile away from the Utah-Arizona border.
